Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

The cottage is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just sleeping. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

straw house

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Unusual van with beatufiul view of nature/castle

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

New and equipped cottage with a covered veranda in a quiet place on the edge of the Ratmírovský pond. There's a small extension at the back of the cottage where you can hide your bikes. Inside there is a hob, kettle, built-in fridge, microwave, air conditioning/el. heating, TV. Fee per dog 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy plot and a fence. Beautiful, clean and original nature without the influence of agriculture and industry. A sauna is available for a fee. Barbecue is possible. The price is for the entire unit. Pets are not allowed due to other guests.
