18th-century holiday cottage, renovated in 2018. Guests have the whole house at their disposal. On the ground floor there is a common room with a kitchenette, a toilet, a bathroom and a sauna. In the attic there are two bedrooms (the first for 3 adults and the second for 4 adults (or 2 adults and 3 children)). You can use the garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue. In winter, it's close to downhill and cross-country skiing (Zadov, Philipsreuth, Bílá stopa), and in summer you can walk or cycle through the Šumava mountains, and if you remember that you want to have a wedding here, that's beautiful too :-)

Enjoy your stay in the quiet environment of our caravan with bees, surrounded by beautiful nature on the edge of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area and relax in our private sauna. The beautiful landscape around the caravan is called "Pod rybníčky" (Under the Pond). In close proximity you will see fields, vast meadows and forests. The great dominant of the landscape are the stone walls from a nearby quarry nearby, which is definitely worth a visit. West of the caravan is the area of an old agricultural cooperative, which has a touch of mystery.

The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River in the old buildings of the tourist village Želiv. A 128 year old cottage with sleeping on a furnace with wood heating, or no heating in the bedroom. Beautiful surroundings of a hill country overlooking a pond and a chapel. The village has 13 inhabitants, horticulture with sheep farming. If you want peace in a stone house, we are the best choice in beautiful nature. We’ve recently installed a Finnish sauna, and there’s an infrared sauna in the bedroom. The third person sleeps on an extra bed in the kitchen.
