An absolute insider tip for anyone who appreciates peace and nature! We spent three days in the Tiny House in an apple orchard in the Czech Republic - and it was simply fantastic. As soon as you arrive, you can feel the complete tranquillity: no houses in sight, just green meadows, cows in the pasture and a direct view of nature through the large windows. The Tiny House was super clean and perfectly equipped - everything had been thought of: slippers, rain poncho, wellies, fire bowl with firewood and even skewers for sausages or marshmallows. We were particularly pleased with the bottle of Secco, fresh eggs and yogurt in the fridge - such a lovely gesture! Contact with the host was always quick, friendly and helpful. We would love to come back - a real little break from everyday life!

Thank you for a quiet and relaxing vacation, in terms of amenities, so we didn't miss anything... The cottage was ready, clean, flooded, as well as a hot tub, so we could get into it as soon as we arrived. The surrounding nature is beautiful, so there are many options for trips... we recommend visiting the Jewish cemetery near Větrný Jeníkov... anyway we had the opportunity to walk around the frozen pond, which is nearby, thanks to the freezing weather. :) we really appreciated the fenced property, because we had a four-legged family member with us... we spent evenings by the fireplace, just like in a fairy tale, so hopefully next year by sight:) a week ran away like water...

The stay was very beautiful, the chalet was nice both interior and exterior, outdoor seating great. Cleanliness and tidiness everywhere, but too much chlorine, which smelled a lot, which was fine as soon as we arrived. A clean hot tub and sauna, the kitchen needs are sufficient, compared to other cabins. A welcoming and welcoming host. We'll be sure to come back and look forward to our next trip.

We had a very nice time in this beautiful cabin. Communication with the host was very easy and always friendly. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped. The surroundings are nice and quiet. It was a really successful stay.

Very nicely located,overlooking the Lipno reservoir. Quiet location. Directly on the bike path. Very well developed bike path network!Perfect for bike rides and hiking. Ferry nearby, restaurants nearby. Everything is modern. It has everything you need. Very good communication with the host. She responds quickly and issues were resolved. The place is highly recommended .

It was a very nice break for us. Jirka was very accommodating and available for us at any time. He took care of everything to make sure we were okay!

Michal's little wooden cottage is well hidden on the outskirts of Bechyne - a true pearl of the South Boom. Not easy to find but with Michal's clear instructions no problem. Great, very secluded location in the middle of meadows, woods and surrounded by a small stream, you can enjoy the tranquility. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cold for the pool during our stay - which Michal lovingly maintains. We were even allowed to use his private indoor swimming pool! All in all highly recommended if you are looking for peace and nature! Only the fixed single beds were unfamiliar to us as a family:) There is also a cottage, tennis courts and the possibility to camp or stay by camper. Thumbs up and happy to come back! Díky

We just spent a few days over Easter at Jan's cabin and we were delighted. The location surrounded by beautiful nature right on the river was just fantastic. Jan is a great host and communicated superbly in advance and showed and explained everything upon our arrival. The cabin was super cozy and better equipped like some a villa, there was nothing missing. For children there is enough space to play with a sandbox and a swing and the hammock for adults was the best I have ever experienced:) You can go fishing, walk and enjoy the nature here so we hardly left the cabin because we enjoyed it so much. We will definitely come back again, thank you to Jan for letting us spend such a nice time in his beautiful cabin!!

The place was great! Especially the sauna is a highlight and the property is very well equipped for large groups.

The is perfect for a short stay. It is located next to the river and surrounded by the woods. We saw dears in our yard during the night! It has all the basic items you would need for a relaxed stay. We enjoyed the terrace and the fireplace with possibility to grill. Did not catch any fish in the river, but found some ponds nearby. Dana is a nice host. I recommend the house!

Had a great time staying in this warm, cimfortable and inviting home; one full of charm & character. Cozy:) Felt right at home. The only thing missing was an extra dish towel and a cutting board. Overall very please and satisfied ❤️🫶🙏

A very quiet and beautiful retreat. Amenities were great and great location and view. And Jana is a good contact person. 😊 Only for 8 people sleeping (4 couples) not necessarily suitable. Unfortunately only 1 bathroom, which requires some morning planning. We will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly welcomed and had a nice time at the cabin. Everything we needed was there and will be back for sure!!

A very pleasant evening in a quiet location by a pond, a short walk from the main road and the adjacent village, but with a natural and relaxing experience. Easy to arrange and stay exactly matches the affordable and convenient option for up to a family of five or a group of friends looking for an asylum for bachelorette parties or more active trips.
