Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Bethany

William was such an excellent host! It was so wonderful to get away and stay in this lovely home. The setting is gorgeous even in the off season and the neighborhood feels quiet and close knit. We had a couple of issues (things you'd expect in an old home) and William was so quick to send out a handyman . He was very invested in us having a lovely stay and I can't wait to start there again and encourage my friends to stay there as well!

This was a great place to stay while we went to the Ocean’s Calling music festival in Ocean City. The location was great, away from everything but still only a short drive. As someone who easily gets grossed out by air bnbs, it was so clean and comfortable, with plenty of space! Thanks for an incredible stay, will definitely want to stay again if we come back to the area!

We had a great stay at David’s house. Highlights for us were the two screened porches and beautiful neighborhood. We took walks on the beach, enjoyed a few area restaurants, and spent plenty of time reading books on the porches. Easy to get to, comfortable, and clean - everything we needed for a weekend away.

We had memorable days in this cozy home, it's a quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. On the other hand having a playground in the yard was a real plus for this place, my kids loved it. Beach is so close and there is a huge supermarket near house (6 minutes drive) that you can find whatever you want. I had any questions, Elizabeth was always available with her kind answers and they were so flexible regarding check in and out. Thank you Elizabeth for everything, your beautiful home will stay in our memories forever.

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

Lovey home! Great for large families or multiple families. We had 3 family groups and had plenty of space for everyone. Whether you wanted to stay as one large group or some wanted private space, the three levels gave that choice. Awesome game room, great if you have bad weather. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. If you use the bedroom next to game room, I would suggest a heavy sleeper. You do hear the house mechanics and water running through pipes. But ok once everyone is sleeping. Beautiful porch encircling the house. Plenty of space for everyone outside too. Nice backyard for kids to run around. We used kites, frisbees and styrofoam planes in the yard. Location was great too. Beaches were not too far, 15/20 minute drive. Lots of grocery stores in area. We are definitely looking to stay here again.

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Jacki’s place was peaceful, clean, well-equipped and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Very roomy condo and easy walk to beach and beautiful canal views. Lots of restaurants, Jolly Roger, boardwalk and bike rentals all with walking distance. Best part is that it was dog friendly too.

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

This was my second time staying at Judy's for an organized bike ride, and it was as amazing as my first visit. It is a safe, comfy cozy space for a solo traveler - you feel the Ocean City vibes with a bit more peace and quiet. The parking is convenient, it's easy to come and go, and I always sleep so well and enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds. Not only was it perfect for my bike ride, but it's also so close to Ocean City, the boardwalk, great restaurants (like Sunset Grille!), and other shops/outlets. Judy is friendly and welcoming - thanks again for a wonderful time and I hope to make it for year 3 next spring, if not sooner!

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean and the host had great communication.

This was a great place to stay. It's on the north end of Ocean City, so we'll removed from a lot of the touristy stuff. Really great access to the beach that had lots of open space and absolutely no crowding. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

We loved our stay, the view is just wonderful! We had everything we needed within reach, cooked some meals, took some walks, and enjoyed some local coffee shops. A nice quiet visit before the hustle and bustle picks up with warmer weather.

This is the 3rd time we stayed with Kendra and it was a pleasure as usual. The location of the condo is great within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf and the beach. It sits in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is well furnished and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

Heather’s place is nice because it’s off the main area but within walking distance to the IC Boardwalk and restaurants. Also easy driving distance to other area attractions. Loved the balcony!

Jodie has the most perfect Airbnb. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in a perfect location. She’s also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
