We loved staying at Adair’s place. Her home was as pictured and very comfortable for our group of 3. It is beautifully decorated and the location is peaceful and convenient to the bike trail, restaurants and an easy walk to downtown Rehoboth. We had one item in need of repair and Adair responded right away. We highly recommend her place and hope to stay there again.

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

This stay at this property was very nice. Great area, quiet with great neighbors. Very close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Super close to the beach. We had a wonderful time. The amenities were fantastic. Communication was quick and accurate. Will definitely be back.

We loved staying in Laura's home for a friends weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy and different spaces to hang out. The beach and town were walkable so we didn't have to move our car at all over the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

Perfect beach getaway. We come to sea colony every other summer and Larry’s place did not disappoint. Quick bike or car ride to beach (parking near beach not great so def bring bikes or take sea colony trolly) Condo is upstairs so several steps to get up there but once inside it’s huge and perfectly set up for families. Lots of seating and rooms all good size. Upstairs loft has 2 queen beds instead of one twin and one queen which was a bonus! 💯 would recommend staying here (bring cookie sheet and dish towels and he has everything else)!!

So where to begin! Once you walk in there's a little family type room thing. Its has a TV and a few couches. There is also a half bathroom on this floor! You than go upstairs to the second floor where the living room and kitchen are. Than u go upstairs to the third floor where the three bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room are located. So yes there are lots of stairs!The master bedroom had a full bathroom. There's a bathroom on every floor. Which was honestly something my family and I loved! Everything was very clean and neat! This place was very close to a lot of things we wanted to do. There were a few things that happened and Jeff was very responsive! With the one issue he came down himself and delt with! He was a very respectful and kind man! Overall my family and i loved this place! We will definitely book this place again in the future! There were also bikes and chairs in the garage that we were able to use! 10/10 would recommend!

No words to describe this beautiful home, peaceful surroundings, great location. We like privacy when we travel and we had that and more at Liz’s home. She was a pleasure to deal with and gave us recommendations for things to do, places to eat. Watching the deer each night in the yard made my 94 year old mother very happy. The house was perfect for her and my pup was very comfortable as well. Who provides couch covers for pets? Greatly appreciated and not something you see very often when renting. Lewis is a beautiful town and Liz was right when recommending October as a perfect month to visit. We were experiencing some family medical issues and coming back to the house each day gave us a sense of calm and peace. Hope to visit again next fall.

We loved our stay in Dewey Beach, the home was a great location near the beach and great shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and more to make our stay feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again when in Dewey!

Jacki's home was so lovely and perfect for a weekend getaway with some friends. We brought our dog who absolutely loved the fenced-in yard and extra loved the mountain of toys stocked in the house!

Comfy cottage nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and furniture. Close to everything and the host was great.

We came for peace and quiet, and Julie's place delivered! We came to see the Assateague horses, and just relaxation, and we were totally happy here in Ocean Pines. Our private ground floor of a beautiful house at the end of the lagoon, was in a perfect location to get to Ocean City and Assateague easily. Julie gives a lot of information in her listing, and everything was just the way she described. Checking in and out was seamless. We had a wonderful time relaxing in Julie's hideaway at the lagoon. We loved it!

Our family enjoyed the Dodd home. There was adequate space for everyone. We loved the location which was in close proximity to Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The kids really enjoyed having a pool. They said they don’t want to go to a hotel ever again. We enjoyed cooking on the grill & playing games in the evening. We can’t forget to mention the wonderful hot tub. It was such a great added attraction. We will return next year for sure.

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

Our time at Rehoboth was rainy, cloudy and cold in the middle of June, so It was a good thing we chose to stay on the water. We were grateful to have such beautiful surroundings, and a cozy getaway. This place is well suited for 2, tougher for 3. The bathroom is incredibly small, located deep inside the main BR. Person #3 has to walk past everything to get there, and persons 1&2 must hope they use the fan. It was generally neat and clean, the bed was very comfortable. We did a fair amount of cooking and found most everything we needed. And on the one day we did get to go to the beach, it was sooo nice to have chairs and a cart to carry them in. The walk is really nice. Big bonuses. A couple small detractions: There was some unwanted hair left in the shower, not pleasant. But I must say I really enjoyed the shower overall. The sheets for the fold out sofa were shredded on one end, and the bed comforter was stained on another. Easy fixes that didn't detract from a great stay overall.

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Ocean City! clean and wonderful place situated right off the beach secluded and quiet. had lots of beach materials for use. would stay again.

I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

Had the absolute best time staying at this gem. The house is stunning and Autumn was a fantastic host! The house is spacious and open. It was exactly as described but better. We couldn’t have been happier. Will definitely be back!

Bao’s place was wonderful. It was peaceful, clean, spacious and a great location. Bao was very accommodating and attentive. He responded quickly with any questions that I had. His check in and check out process was seamless. The house had everything that was needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning.

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.
