Holiday rentals with beach access in South Beach

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

This was a wonderful stay. The property was even better in person than the photos, and the photos look great. It was walkable to a beach, had a great balcony that looked out at the water and had stores and restaurants very close by. The hosts were proactive and responsive, and I would definitely stay here again.

Julie’s lovely beachside getaway was just we needed! Wonderful neighborhood, steps to ocean and short stroll to several outstanding restaurants…what else do you need?!! Living the dream in Vero Beach. Thank you, Julie!

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Book this room!! Spotless, clean, well decorated to meet the beachy vibes, cozy and comfortable!! Alicia is an amazing host, proactive, and accommodating. We unfortunately booked with a different host originally and the room was nasty, so we very last minute reached out to Alicia and we were able to move to her unit. The elevator broke and Alicia and her husband showed up within 10 minutes and checked on us. They reached out to maintenance and had the issue fixed asap. The day before checkout we asked if we could extend our stay one more day and we were able to!! We were having too much fun to leave. There is plenty of things to do in the room as well! Alicia has thought of every little detail and need you may have. You can show up with just your clothes and be set!! We will 100% be booking with her again!!

Amazing place right on the beach. Peaceful and quiet. Clean home with everything we needed while we were there. While it is a condo the complex isn’t large making it feel like you have the beach to yourself

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Walking in was a true relief--smelled good, super clean, exactly like the pictures! We were able to have a comfortable space to unwind and relax while attending USA Softball Trials at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. We were in a great location being close in vicinity to training and then also the beach, providing us some much needed downtime. The description was accurate and met all our needs. Washer & Dryer were a blessing! The extra snacks were a hug--my daughter loved them! We would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The location right by the beach was ideal . Owner supplies beach chairs/umbrella. Unit is well supplied with towels/extra linens and kitchen has all the cooking necessities. Beach is quiet and almost private. Exceeded my expectations all around.

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

Matt and Amy”s place was perfect for our family. They were friendly and in constant communication with us. The description was spot on and even nicer in person. Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. It was more than expected. We needed nothing, the home had it all and more. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. We had a wonderful stay at Adaue & Mike’s place in Indialantic Beach! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s also spotless, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. You can truly relax here and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

Super cool would stay again.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. A great sized and well equipped apartment. Perfect location being a few minutes walk to the beach and a stunning sea view from the great sized balcony. We loved exploring the local area and enjoying the pool and beach. The owner is responsive to questions and helped with local restaurant recommendations. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

The condo was lovely, convenient, easy parking, comfortable walk to the beach. We could see the golfers as they played the hole in the back of the condo. The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes - easy and convenient. Lots of lovely restaurants in Hutchinson and Fort Pierce. Would have loved to continue our stay and never come home!

Olga was a great host! Communication was perfect. Beautiful place. Pool was great and access to beach was very easy. Loved to view of the pool and the ocean views are clear. Very nice place. Thanks Olga for having us.
