Townhouse holiday rentals in South Athens

The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

Ioannis and Thalina were amazing hosts. The House of the Prince was wonderful for our party. Each group in our party had their own apartment in the villa. The meeting places were wonderful. We all had private places to unwind and large group areas for dining and having fun. The 2 pools were pristine. The play yard and children's playroom were terrific and offered the kids other things to do that they enjoyed. All of our needs were met and more. Litza was charged with taking care of our needs. She ensured the pool was clean and made sure we had everything. She even gave us a Greek cooking class by the incredible outside BBQ/ pizza oven. I would highly recommend the House of the Prince to any large group. It had all of the creature comforts like A/C, and a kitchen (each apartment had its own refrigerator, and coffee pot above and beyond the 2 fully stocked kitchens), and the village was in close walking distance. AMAZING! Thank you Ioannis and Thalina. Our vacation was magical.

A wonderful, tranquil escape from the crowds of Athens. We loved the spacious grounds, private access to the beach and proximity to the airport. A supermarket directly across the street and restaurants only 200m down the road all contributed to a very stress-free, relaxing stay. We would definitely return!

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The location is great and you can walk to most attractions and restaurants. The host was very friendly and communication was clear. The checking was easy. The apartment is clean and the host provides everything you need for your stay including a cake and bottle of wine. They also arranged for transportation to and from airport. I will definitely be back to Athens and will stay I the apartment again.

The place was exactly as described and photographed. Perfect, comfortable, central location - my group had a brilliant stay. But what makes this a great listing is how great Epaminondas is as a host. Super responsive at messaging, and very clear Check In process. Really big thank you.

Host was very responsive. The place looks like the photo. Clean. Good location near restaurants. It’s on the first floor but is quiet and u slept well. Because the unit is on the first floor and faces the back, there is not a lot of light but that was not a problem for me.

great space with all the amenities for relaxing, cooking, and retreating from the hustle of the city. The hosts were very responsive. The representative who met us at the space was excellent in explaining all the home's features. it was a great stay.

Check in process easy and uncomplicated. Messages responded within a few minutes. The apartment is small but completely renovated with a nice ambient. All devices functioned properly. The street can be loud, since the area is very central but closing the windows minimises the noice. All in all a very comfortable place. Highly recommend it :)

We loved staying at this place! The host - Fondas - was so kind and very helpful :) The apartment looks like the photos, the entrance is nice, air conditioning and everything else was working well. We got to the city centre so quickly and easily, through a calm neighbourhood, we almost didn't use public transport for out 5 day trip in Athens. We missed having a kitchen though (but we knew that coming in!) as we wanted to travel on a budget and eat some of the meals at home - but we managed and ate so many good greek salads home made from groceries from the market, which was very close! Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much! :)

Gastvrouw Annita is een dame die haar onderkomen vol passie en toewijding beheert en verzorgt. Dat kun je ook merken aan de smaakvolle inrichting en de decoraties, waarbij bloemen en planten haar passie zijn. Ze geeft je echt een thuisgevoel en doet er alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen. We hebben grote waardeing voor haar! Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's en zal je zeker niet teleurstellen. Het appartement ligt op korte loopafstand (5 minuten) van een zeer groot winkelcomplex met een MacDonalds, XXL supermarkt, tankstation en diverse woonwinkels in de buurt. Het strand is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen en de metro idem. Met de metro ben je binnen een kwartier in het centrum van Athene (metrostation Akropolli of Syntagma).

Margarita is a delightful host who takes the time to walk through everything at the beginning. She continued to be just a message away and was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment is gorgeous with artistic and personal touches. It is also spacious, has a lot of light and feels quite luxurious. Something to be aware of is that those afraid of heights or who aren't good on stairs might not be able to go up the spiral staircase up to the roof garden. This wasn't an issue for us and the apartment is wonderful even without going up to the roof garden. There is a small balcony for two people off of the kitchen to get some air if going up is an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Athens.
