The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

In the heart of Lower Normandy, the cottage La Ch'tite Vallée awaits you at the exit of the village. Close to shops: Juvigny-le-Tertre, Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouet, Avranches, Vire. Close to tourist centers: Mortain waterfalls, Voie Verte, Jullouville beach, museums, Châteaux, Mont Saint Michel. The house has its own entrance and an adjoining 50 m2 garden. You can meet the goats, ponies, chickens, cows and cats of the house.

This studio is located 2 steps from the city center of Vire, cozy and elegant, it will allow you to rest there in peace. You can walk to all the shops, cultural sites (theater, cinema, museum) and leisure activities (swimming pool, urban hiking). The area is perfect for hiking and discovering local Normandy products.
