You will appreciate it for ITS CALM NATURE and ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO the MOUNTAINS . THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1H30 FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL SHOPS. This accommodation is perfect for families (with children) and large groups.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Located at the top of the mountain pass in Ariége, at the start of many hikes and close to many family activities, this ideally located character cottage will allow you to stay in an idyllic and quiet setting. The Auberge de la Sapinière, located nearby, can accommodate you by reservation. Ideal accommodation for 4 people! You can of course be 6 max thanks to the sofa bed in the living room but of course the comfort will be less.

Open year-round, overnight, weekends, weekdays. La Grange (very comfortable), located at the start of hiking trails is close to all amenities. It offers panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountain range. Ideal setting for nature lovers!

Gîte Col d'Ayens

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
