The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

The apartment is well equipped, extremely clean and very nicely furnished. The location is top, in a quiet and green environment as well as away from mass tourism. Absolutely recommended for visitors who want to explore Venice. The host Donatella picked up in person and was always reachable before and during the stay. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment!

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is spacious and offers a nice balcony with a view onto the laguna. We would definitely stay there again.

Valeria’s place was a walkable distance to everything in Venice. She and Matteo were very friendly and would gladly stay at their place again!

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Marco was an absolute super host. He kept us informed with loads of information, suggestions and advice. The place was an absolute gem, peaceful and within driving distance of all required amenities. Clean, tidy and everything one needed. More than enough space for a family of four. He provided us with bicycles to drive around town and always responded within minutes of our inquiries. We highly suggest staying with Marco and public transportation to Venice from his house is perfect. Looking forward to our next stay with Marco

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Excellent family stay at 4 at Barbara's, very friendly and authentic student neighborhood. Well heated apartment for winter, very pleasant and cozy. Bright with a large Velux. Very comfy beds Small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Supermarket and grocery stores nearby for shopping. Vaporetto 2 on the dock a few minutes walk away. Almost direct to San Marco. It's easy to explore Venice and stroll through the small alleys, bridges, and squares around the apartment. We'll be happy to go back! Attention, if you have locomotor problems: Steep and narrow staircase to get to the listing.

Mini apartment booked at the last minute, corresponding to photo and description. Marco is very kind and helpful, extremely quick to respond. A pleasant stay with the only advice to replace the net and mattress, too soft, but still comfortable.

Great spot right in between the train station and main sights. Micro and Francios had great restaurant recommendations! Apartment was cozy, private, and charming.

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

Andrea was so kind and welcomed us at the vaporetto station near the apartment. He gave clear instructions and explained clearly how to get in the apartment and use the doors/lights. While there are a lot of stairs, the location and space in the apartment is worth it. The 2 bed 2 bathroom was very roomy with a lovely balcony. Andrea is very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

The apartment is located in a central yet quiet place in Cannaregio, right on a canal. Nearby there is a small supermarket and also numerous restaurants. The apartment has a small balcony (without table or chair) and all the utensils and services described are provided. The host or co-host was very helpful and very responsive to requests. It was very nice and in Lorenzo's apartment, we would book it again.
