La Casetta in Calle is a typical Marina Vecia home, located in the heart of Sottomarina's historic center. The calle is an alley immersed in the classic atmosphere between the sea and the lagoon, so the property can only be reached via pedestrian access. The area is quiet but central, convenient for reaching any type of service, including supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies and shops of various types, as well as being just 350 meters from the sea and 1 km from the historic center of Chioggia.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
