Welcome to our spacious retro house in the heart of Råneå – the charming village where the river meets the sea! Perfect for two families, a group of friends on a snowmobile vacation, a fishing adventure or a paddle trip. The house offers a total of 11 comfortable beds, a generous sauna for relaxing after the day's adventures, There is space to socialize, cook together and create memories – all year round. Whether you're looking for the silence by the water or the excitement of the Norrland terrain, you've found the right place.

Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. In the area, there are fishing waters, hiking trails, swimming area, mushroom and berry fields. If you want tips, let us know, we are happy to help and help you get the most out of the area.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Cozy cottage with sauna, between Luleå & Boden

Welcome to this cozy cottage located between Luleå & Boden. The cottage is 50 m2 and can accommodate 1-3 people. In the house there is a double bed and an extra bed to use if necessary. There is a wood-fired sauna to use and an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.

Idyllic small house next to Råneälven

Nice small house next to the Råne River. From the beginning, it has served as a bakery. Carefully renovated. A simply equipped kitchen where you can cook and heat food in a microwave. Only simple cooking and no frying is allowed as there is no kitchen fan. The northern lights are common at the house, if the weather is right.

Karin's guest apartment

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Karins apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the living room has a sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a terrace where you can enjoy the view of Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment.
