This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Fint litet hus invid Råneälven. Från början har det tjänat som bagarstuga. Varsamt renoverat. Ett enkelt utrustat kök där det går bra att koka och värma upp mat i microvågsugn. Endast enklare matlagning och ingen stekning är tillåten eftersom det inte finns någon köksfläkt. The northern light is common at the house, if the weather is right.
