From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

The apartment has three rooms. The living room is spacious and has a balcony. There are two bedrooms. The first room has a 1.80 m wide double bed. The second room has a 1.60 m wide double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is modern and the bathroom has a bathtub. There is an extra cloakroom for shoes and jackets. 10 minutes' walk from Ortwanger See and Sonthofener Baggersee. It takes 25 minutes on foot to the train station and 30 minutes to the city centre.

In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light) there are 3 beds. A bunk bed and a single bed. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
