The house is built on a slope, so the top floor is directly accessible via 6 steps from the entrance. In front of the house there are several public parking spaces, the town center with cafes, bars, etc. is a 1-minute walk away, but completely away from the hustle and bustle!

On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light), there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
