Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Dafür nutzen Sie den vorderen Eingang und sind dadurch für sich ungestört. Das Appartement verfügt über ein schönes Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche zum kochen und ausruhen sowie einem Badezimmer zur alleinigen und privaten Nutzung. Ebenfalls im Haus befindet sich unsere römische Terra-Sigillata Töpferei und Keramikwerkstatt.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Feel at home in the old district court in the heart of Xanten, with modern amenities, a king-size box-spring bed with high sleeping comfort and a balcony terrace with sunset. Due to the central location of the property in downtown Xanten, you can easily walk to all popular sights, restaurants and shops. The famous Archaeological Park and the beautiful Xanten harbor are a 15-minute walk away. Entertainment is provided by Netflix, Amazon Prime and Wi-Fi.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Our lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance offers you with an area of 70 square meters (divided into living/sleeping/dining and bathroom) and a sun-drenched balcony enough space for a relaxing vacation - the wooden construction ensures a healthy feel-good climate. Visit the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer or discover the Maasduinen recreational area. Weeze Airport is also close by and we offer an airport shuttle on request.

Vergiss deinen Stress und genieße das Leben auf dem Land hier am Niederrhein. Wir haben uns um eine gemütliche und wohnliche Einrichtung bemüht und hoffen, dass sie einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbringen werden. Nahe der Wallfahrtsstadt Kevelaer sowie Xanten und Geldern leben wir mit dem unmittelbaren Autobahnanschluss A57 (1 km) und der Nähe zu den Niederlanden äußerst zentral. Relaxen, Wandern, Radeln bieten sich hier an.
