Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

La Petite Maison

The small house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 25 m2 on two levels On the ground floor: dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, (SENSEO pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave...) living room and toilet. Upstairs: two single beds, one double bed, separated by screens, bathroom area with shower. Outside: with table, umbrella, deckchairs, barbecue and not to mention the view of the Pilat! Included: cleaning fee, linens and towels

Gîte de la Plaine

Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.

In a quiet and green setting, come and recharge your batteries at the fountain of the Gite De La Source... We have been renovating this former wine farm for nearly 15 years with passion. We have created a completely independent space of 75 m2 for 4 to 6 people. In addition to the accommodation, you will have your private terrace, access to the children's playground, swimming pool (May to September), and swimming spa.

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60m2 for up to 3 people (the third bed is an extra, 1-person sofa bed from Maison du Monde). Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

Studio in the countryside

Small 15 m2 studio equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, TV. Toilet outside the studio (next door). Folding table. Ideal for 2 people but crib can be made available. The studio is located in our garden with a lovely unobstructed view of the Vercors. Everything "vital" necessary for your arrival is available.
