Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sonian Forest

We were a group of 7 ladies visiting Brussels for the first time. We spent four days in the premises. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and all have private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are amazing and well equipped. We liked the space and the proximity to the main places of interest in Brussels. We can only recommend this excellent house.

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

Nice house in a quiet area surrounded by nature and animals, ideal to disconnect and also in turn to know different important cities of Belgium. Also located in an important point of history, close to the waterloo battlefield.

We had an amazing stay at this Rbnb. The house has extraordinary charm, very clean and well maintained. It's in a great location. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming making our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation. Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

Nice house, very clean, nice neighborhood. Very easy accessible with both car and public transportation.

Isabelle was a great host. Her apartment was comfy and very clean and very well organized. The place is in a nice neighborhood only 5 minutes walk to the metro station. My friend and I had a great time.

My husband and I stayed here during our month long trip to Europe. This was a perfect little spot for us while enjoying Brussels and had everything we needed. The apartment was very secure and quiet as it was not facing the street side. Our host Serge, went above and beyond helping us get there knowing we were not from Europe or familiar with the trains. He even met us at the train platform to guide us to the condo and offered to carry my backpack! I would definitely recommend.

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

Our stay went very well, the place was peaceful and rather well connected to Brussels, Antwerp or Ghent. Bernadette's accommodation is clean and well furnished, I recommend it!

Very nice and well laid out studio, bright, nicely furnished, in a quiet area close to the Ixelles ponds for nice quiet walks, but also shops, various restaurants and entertainment on the side of the Flagey Square. You can easily walk to discover the small streets of Brussels; and catch a bus or tram to push the walks a little further. François is a friendly, welcoming and responsive host; the check-in and check-out time is flexible. I was delighted to stay with him.

Patrick is a very welcoming, warm and very responsive host. the apartment is very cocooning, you feel very good there, you have everything you need. the place is very quiet and relaxing, we were lucky to be able to enjoy the outdoors a little. great stay, we will be happy to come back if we have to go to Belgium.

This place was an absolute gem of a find, seriously book it!! What a gorgeous studio & host, we had the most amazing time, Lou was very accommodating to us. Arrived early in the day & without hesitating met us hours before the scheduled check in so we could drop our luggage & collect the keys - This was so helpful to us. Lou was warm, friendly & simply a delight - Took the time to go through recommendations of the area (& further afield as well), there's seriously so many good things we could say about her but unfortunately there is a character limit. The studio has everything that you could need at such an affordable price, Lou provided sleep masks (although we didn't use them), elssential toiletries & a fan which was great on the warmer days. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods/sachets and some little treats which we enjoyed. Bed/pillows were super comfy, the view of the skyline is absolutely stunning, location is very confinientfor all the main attractions, train station/metro

Comfortable, extremely clean and cozy space. Free parking in front, always has a space available. Brand new apartment, with new utensils and objects. Perfect heating, served us very well. If I ever go back to Brussels, I'll stay in this apartment again. Nearby there is a supermarket open day and night, restaurants and places to walk. The host was super helpful and friendly, provided toys and a crib for my baby. I recommend it.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean, well located and we were made very welcome. It's an excellent base to explore Brussels and Belgium.

If you prefer a absolute quiet stay with a view in a garden area, but the town center reachable in foot distance of 15-20 Minutes, you'll definitely like it

From the beginning, I highlight the huge personal service that Aitor gave me by accepting that a package intended for me will be delivered to me. He made it with good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to get into the home but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person who is sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well equipped kitchen. Soap washer. I recommend it without hesitating and a big thank you Aitor!
