Private road all the way up to the door."Off grid" with solar system, good wifi. Water must be brought in. Water for food and drink must be brought. Gas for the hob and barbecue. burning toilet and outdoor shower with heated water.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Vi tilbyr også robåt og SUP brett,så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.
