Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sơn Trà

Cozy and pretty house. I really love the design about the house. There have 2 big bedrooms, it’s good for family trip. Can walk to the beach and there have many seafood restaurants. But a little bit far from downtown, every times we need to call a crab to restaurant or supermarket. Overall I had a great time in Van’s place. She was helpful, helped us books a 7paxs car (but that was 14 seats car, sooooo good) and the price was really good. We had not enough blanket and she brought it to us super fast. THX Van^^

Ann was fantastic! Unfortunately, we had a hiccup with our accommodation and had a night with no place to stay. Ann's place by chance had a night free and overall we wished we had the place the whole time we were in Da Nang! She was booked up already. The instructions were really clear and we had enjoyed sitting on the rooftop watching the Dragon Bridge which was really close by. Very clean and we were relieved that the shower was so pleasant and comfortable. Overall great host and hope to visit again very soon :)

I stayed here just one night but it was perfect ! Quan's is really fast to answer and will try everything to ease your stay. He even cooked for us the breakfast ! The room was clean and the house is brand new with a nice architecture. You can rent motorbike from him too. If I'll come back I'll be back here for sure.

I want to first be clear regarding some Of the other reviews with a layout explanation , This is a beautiful studio Apartment inside a block of Apartments and not just a room. Nothing is shared. The ‘shaft’ in the bathroom, is like a back door that each apartment has so yes you can hear each other sometimes busy not if you close the door. The apartment is clean fresh and the bathroom is gorgeous, kitchen area spectacular and dining area is ‘chefs kiss’. The location is cultural which is fantastic, you are staying in amongst the culture which is beautiful and can hear the goings on and nature when you open your window. It’s seconds walk to the restaurants, Spa’s and Mart’s on one side, and on the other a minutes walk from the beach. The Building Manager is nice helpful and respectful, and check-in is seamless. I stayed here just under a month so I think my experience is tangible. Will be back as soon as my bank account will let me. 😊

Very cozy apartment with all the required equipments. Sophia was extremely prompt in communication and helpful. The location is quiet and overlooking the beach. We loved staying there.

Thank you Host for a memorable experience The location is very convenient, 7 minutes walk to My Khe beach, the building is located right in the center of tourism with a lot of good shops and eateries. Our room is quite large, the kitchen area is separate from the bedroom space so the smell is very good. The host was incredibly friendly and made our trip more economical as she helped me buy a tour ticket lower than the listed price

Mike is amazing He's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He makes a real effort to be a friend more than just a host The apartment is amazing, you can't get a better location You can see the beach and hills from the balcony and it is amazing Plenty of space, two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds. I had no problems sleeping there The wifi was fast and reliable The air conditioners same Basically, you have everything you need in a two bedroom on the beach. It's hard to beat. And Mike is a great guy

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. The location was great, with everything I needed close by. The internet was reliable, which was important for work, and the weekly cleaning was a nice touch. The host was responsive whenever I had questions, making the whole experience smooth. I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exquisite villa in Da Nang, Vietnam, and it was nothing short of amazing. Everything was just a short distance away – the pristine beaches with their breathtaking views, delightful restaurants offering mouth-watering local cuisine, and other popular attractions were all within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. One of the standout features of our stay was our incredible host, Ngo. Ngo was exceptionally accommodating and always available to help with any request. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and his insightful recommendations helped us make the most of our trip. Communication with Ngo was seamless, making our experience stress-free and truly memorable. If you're planning a trip to Da Nang, I highly recommend staying at this villa.

Overall satisfied accommodation

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

May has been very helpful with our check in and transportation. The house is located in Furama resort which is close to many restaurants, spas and Korean marts. The only thing that may need some improvement was staff working at the reception. Staff haven’t been responsive but the overall experience was nice.
