Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Son Bou

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week in Joesp’s villa. It was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped for 6 adults and 3 children. Couldn’t get the children out of the pool! The location was quiet. 5 minute walk to supermarket and 10 minutes to centre/restaurants and beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

We had a great vacation with my son. The season had not yet started at the end of April so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the paddle court and the pool area. A beautiful beach was nearby about 3 minutes to walk. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos. A little attention was there when we arrived which I enjoyed very much. Gabriele was very responsive to my messages and gave me lots of recommendations. I had an issue with my rental car and fortunately it helped me. It was a great vacation. If I come back to Menorca I would go back with my eyes closed!!

We had a pleasant stay at Dan's! After our different visits to the island we were delighted to find our spacious accommodation and its pool. Everything was impeccable, communication with Dan was very good as well as Roger.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

We really appreciated the availability and quality of the information provided by Anna, especially on access, restaurants and must-see places in Menorca in June. The interior was tastefully decorated and it was as described and well equipped. The only downside is the view, which is not sea and on an abandoned tennis court (pity) and the noise because the corridors resonated a lot. Despite this, the location is ideal because it is very close to the Ciutadela (10 min by car is essential), the Cami Cavalls, the trail that runs around the island and which is just incredible! We will have very good memories of this cove with our sunset aperitifs on the beach :-)

Very nice apartment in a small holiday resort with wonderful sea views. The apartment is very clean and superbly equipped, for example, the parasol was worth its weight in gold. Bernat and Yessy were very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful host for directions and tips for the area (useful directions for restaurants). Accommodation as pictured and provided with amenities described. Quiet area with ample parking. Only downside, not the best kitchen for cooking and an impractical bathroom, Wi-Fi signal is not always present. Everything else is great.

We had 7 wonderful days in the cozy apartment. Although it was already quite hot during the day at the beginning of June, you could ventilate well at night. There is also air conditioning. The humidity in Menorca can be very high. From the balcony (with awning) you have a beautiful view of the sea. Directly behind the apartment is the pool in the beautifully landscaped and quiet garden. Parking is sufficiently available. The area is very steep, you should be a good walker. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the sea. The apartment has everything you need. Gas stove (no oven), large refrigerator, small appliances and washing machine, beach equipment with umbrella and binoculars. The cleanliness was okay, not quite perfect. Carmen was always quick to reach, very friendly and could give good recommendations. Muchas Gracias.

Elena has provided us with a great holiday apartment. It was nice and the view was beautiful. She also supplied us with extra items such as a cot and blanket. This was very nice for our son. Thank you for the nice contact and providing a pleasant accommodation for our vacation.

David was a very friendly and helpful host. He bought some pool inflatables for us to use on our first day and had provided a large bottle of water in the fridge, both that we were extremely grateful for on our arrival. The apartment has everything you could need and the air con works great in the main area and master bedroom. There was a large fan for the other bedroom that we used. David recommended a fabulous restaurant and it was as good as he said! The area is fantastic and you can walk to all amenities but it is hilly- we enjoyed taking the steps but you can walk around the road for a gentler route if preferred. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away that bakes fresh baguettes and pastries every day- we definitely took advantage of this! There are tortoises in the garden, which are delightful. The pool is a brilliant size and there are comfortable sunbeds to use. Thank you David and Bea for a lovely stay, we will always have wonderful memories of our time at El Limonero. 😊

Pablo was always attentive to anything we needed. The location is incredible, a very quiet area and perfect for parking. The apartment is very comfortable. It was a great stay, we would definitely repeat!

Gadi is a warm and attentive host - she is flexible on arrival and departure times - the large living room is bright the comfortable and quiet rooms - everything necessary for a good stay is present at Gadi's and a wide terrace allows you to enjoy a very pleasant exterior - I will be happy to come back!

Great place, perfect for our visit. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work but we weren’t too worried about that.

We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at Mariona and Joseph's place. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved eating on the balcony with a gorgeous sea view. You can't beat the location of the flat, just downstairs there is a supermarket and great cafe, and you are minutes from the pool and beach. The surrounding area is beautiful too, we enjoyed walks along the coastpath to Binigaus and Atalis beach and our children enjoyed the Loc de Menorca zoo. Mariona was a very kind and helpful host, she answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you also for the gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival, very much appreciated.

we had a very nice stay the apartment is very nice, very comfortable and it is located by the sea and in 5 min you are at the beach. Catrina and Carlos are adorable and very responsive. I would like to say that we were lucky enough to host two very beautiful people.

Everything was perfect. Gemma is very polite and responds quickly. Great location. Everything you need for a week-long stay was available. Also, for us it was an advantage that there was a crib crib. Checkin / checkout went smooth. We were able to get in in the morning and Gemma was also very flexible when we left.

We had a great stay for 9 nights with our 3 year old toddler recently. The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet area of the town, walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. There were so many conveniences to the apartment, toys for kids, large garden with sun loungers and other furniture to sit, things for the beach etc, everything has been well thought out to provide a relaxing space after a long ( hot ! ) day exploring. The apartment is suitable for anyone, but if you have kids, you would struggle to find a more perfect place to stay in the area. We will definitely be returning! And Thanks Andrea and Vick, you were great hosts and was lovely to meet you. This was an air bnb done right!

Accommodation faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with everything you need for a good stay. The neighborhood is quiet, supermarket a few minutes' walk, easy to park for free right next door. And the pool of the residence is a real plus
