Cuisine ,salon et 2 chambres , une pour les parents , une autre ayant un lit simple, un lit bébé à barreaux et un petit canapé type "lit bateau ".(180X60) et un second lit simple commentaire disponible cour partagée avec la maison principale , il s’y trouve de la place pour garer les voitures . La maison est située dans un village sur la route menant à Bayeux. Elle est équipée de double vitrage.

The Ponton of Magny-en-Bessin

New house in a small subdivision ideally located 5 minutes from Bayeux, Arromanches and Asnelles beach, to RT2020 standards, and soon accessible to PRMs. You will have a partially enclosed lot of about 400 m2 and massifs in progress (the summer period is not conducive to plantations). A playground and a city stadium are provided by the Town Hall, just 50 meters from the house, next to a listed church and castle.
