Thank you Veronique for a lovely stay in Authuile. The apartment was fantastic. Very comfortable and the best equipped place I’ve stayed in France including an excellent range of English books on the region. There was lots of care and attention down to a very kind selection of food and drinks. The location could not be better - less than 10 minutes drive to Albert, easy access to the different areas of the Somme battlefields, memorials and cemeteries- including directly by walking from the door. I walked up to Thiepval via small roads/tracks and also a great circuit up the small road to Ovillers and then down a track to Crucifix Corner near to Blight Valley cemetery and then up a track to Nab valley. The apartment is well equipped if you want to cook but also we ate at the lovely restaurant next to the river.

This is the second time we've come to Laurence and Thierry's. Very nice, charming. And we even had doubts about breakfast! The accommodation is spacious and super clean. 30/40 m from Le Crotoy and Valerie sur Somme.

We had a fantastic weekend in Ault and Frederic's apartment proved a perfect place to stay. The view is beautiful and location hard to beat.

The owners are great - very warm, welcoming and willing to assist where ever possible. We stayed in the original building which sleeps 3 people. The house is fully equipped for a stay, clean and presentable. The kitchen is not of a fitted design but no matter, it functioned as a kitchen should. As the weather was pleasant a BBQ was provided and we were able to use it every night of our stay. As Brits we are not accustomed to taking our own bed linen and towels so be prepared! Also take cash or a French cheque to act as a damage security. We will definitely be returning.

Guillaume and Sophie welcomed us to this charming and rustic farm gite. A beautiful escape from the rain of an abandoned camping trip! The gite is large and cosy and very private. Our two children loved visiting the horses and playing with the cats! You'll need a car as its out of town - which is the whole beauty of Ferme Mamont. The kitchen is fairly small and basic but has everything needed; the lounge large and warm. Great shower and bath upstairs with a second shower and toilet downstairs. A great base for exploring Amiens. Thanks again - Orlaith is missing the cats already!

We had a great time. The accommodation is quietly located in the heart of nature. The accommodation is very well equipped. Johanna shared her tips for getting to know the area and we weren't disappointed. If you are looking for a quiet, green place, I would recommend it without hesitating!

The cottage is in an exceptional setting. Nature will be your best friend. The equipment is functional and of high quality. If unfortunately the wifi is faulty, don't forget one of the cards. Because after all... the holidays are here!

A warm welcome with a spacious studio quite well-equipped and clean!

We had a lovely weekend in Melanie's big cottage. The accommodation is very cozy, tastefully decorated and very clean with all the necessities available. We were very well hosted by Anne. The only downside is, as already indicated, the very narrow and not very reassuring spiral staircase... But Anne assured us that it will be replaced soon. Also, upstairs, you have to pay attention to the various low or through beams. The floor is very noisy/creaky when you move around. However, we will be back with great pleasure:)

This is our second stay in three years, this time we came to ten and took two cottages. It was a lot very comfortable with four toilets and two bathrooms. In addition, the terrace and dining room of the large cottage allowed us to eat together by grouping the chairs while being comfortable. The site remains remarkable and we were not disturbed by the duck hunters. There has been a change of owner since our previous stay and we can see that the quality of hospitality remains excellent, with the green spaces being even better maintained. If you want to enjoy a very touristy area while being quiet, this is the place.

We had a great time at Brigitte and Christophe's! The location is exceptional, and the apartment was exemplary clean! Brigitte met us when we arrived and made sure we were settled in. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the equipment was ideal for us, who love to cook.
