Very nice apartment, and quite big and very well equipped, and a great location. Loved it. Arras is a nice city.

Great location in this apartment, the sea is at the end of the street. It is very clean, spacious and well optimized. Vigilance: the street is paid so you have to park a little further away so that parking is free (otherwise the whole city is paying). I highly recommend it. ☺️

good stay for us for one night with our little one, the host had forgotten to communicate the entry number but it was quickly resolved , an easy to access accommodation and close to the bay of sum , very clean and neat accommodation. We recommend this accommodation without worries

Accommodation in the center, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was as advertised. Pleasant stay and comfortable bed. We had a little noise on the 2 nights but it makes sense with an apartment in the city center...

We were hosted very well. The accommodation was perfectly in line with our expectations: close to the port and shops (both the supermarket and the small shops of the port) and private parking is very nice. We'll be happy to go back…

We had a pleasant stay at Patrice's place. Atypical with its vintage decor, we loved it, very clean, as in the photos and Patrice is a very responsive host. Thanks to its location, everything can be done on foot without moving the car, in short we recommend and we will come back without hesitation

Beautiful accommodation in a good location, the sea nearby, restaurant... everything you need. The accommodation is very cozy, you feel good there, the bedding is excellent. A fabulous location for a town/city break, a lovely vibe during the day and evening. Arras is a beautiful town. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, well equipped and lovely decor. I was surprised how comfortable the sofa bed is. Jennifer was very helpful in her messages giving very clear instructions for self check in and offering advice for local attractions, visits etc. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

Second stay at Yolande's, the accommodation is very comfortable and very clean. Communication with Yolande is seamless. I would again recommend this listing near Amiens.

Clean and tastefully renovated accommodation, modern and functional. Ithas everything you need to spend a weekend. The sofa bed had been prepared for our son as we arrived late at night. The apartment is a few meters from a pebble beach and playground for the children, a large supermarket and some restaurants. I would recommend this place you will be able to radiate in the Bay of Sum easily Important Things to note: -It is not completely dark in the rooms to sleep in if you are sensitive plan a wolf. -THEAPARTMENT is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it was not a problem for us as indicated in the listing. -the sofa bed is not very comfortable I don't recommend sleeping there for more than a weekend.

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and close to shops and not too far on foot from the city center of Arras. I enjoyed the small garden, ideal for a small coffee and reading outside, and the balneo bathtub to decompress. Hélène and Cathy are very responsive. Recommended!
