Barn accommodation in Somme

Very nice, tasteful house. Relatively lonely location, to the nearest supermarket you have to drive approx. 10 minutes by car. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and seclusion.

Le Ferme Pommes & Chevaux is a great place, the cottage is full of charm and Dominik & Johanne manages the place with passion. The kids were able to experience horseback riding without the stud farm, which made them happy! We would definitely recommend this property!

We had an excellent stay at Helene and François’s property. The property is well placed for the WW1 Somme battlefields and walking distance to Gommecourt. The property is modern and well kept. The dimensions of the rooms are lovely. The terrace faces East and is a beautiful place to sit at breakfast and lunch. Helene and Francois are in a detached adjoining house and are available if any issues occur. We had no issues and found them incredibly lovely and helpful. This property is hugely recommended. We will hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a great time. Beautiful nature, very beautiful garden. Also a very nice place on the river to relax and unwind. Perfect. If I may mention one downside is that the jacuzzi does not go higher than 35/36 degrees. And in the evening the sauna doesn't work. Thanks for a great stay 🙏🏼

Sophie was a great host. Her place helped us recharge our batteries. The place is great and you can find many things to do in the area. I highly recommend Sophie's place. We will most definitely visit again.

Karine was a lovely host, very friendly and approachable. She did everything she could to make us feel at home and ensure that we had everything we needed. She responded to messages very quickly. The gite itself was very spacious and clean and tidy. We travelled with my mother who is disabled and the gite was just what we needed for her. It was perfect. The location is beautiful, very peaceful and ideal for quiet evenings in the garden watching the stars. We could not fault Karine as a host or the gite itself, would definitely recommend to others, especially with a disability.

We really enjoyed our stay with Arnaud and his lovely wife. The setting is amazing. Quiet and it's very beautiful. A large lot with a trampoline, a small house for the children, a biquette (yes yes!!) and chickens. We loved feeding the biquette. We were also able to feed the chickens and pet the biquette thanks to the very nice owner who made us live this little moment;) The kindness of the owners touched us a lot. On the accommodation side there is space:) the living room is large with the fully equipped kitchen and also all the necessary accessories /utensils (stove, pressure cooker, all the minimum and even more is there). And that's great. The bathroom is also very nice. Spacious. The bedrooms are spacious. It felt good there. For the little ones a small office:) We recommend:))) The town of Arrest is close to St Valery sur sum or Abbeville /le Crotoy. We used the bikes. They are well-bed

We had a great weekend in Villers sur authie at Alexandre's! We were three families with six children . Everything was perfect: the house and games provided, the swimming pool, the garden. Alexandre is very attentive! We will all keep fond memories of this weekend!

Lovely Gite with flexible options for small or larger groups, there were 6 of us and it worked really well. The location is superb, fields to the rear and a nice and peaceful. Would be nice to have an option of a welcome pack (food basics), as not too many places locally to buy supplies Towels supplied could be bigger, plus working WiFi would be great But all in all, a great place to stay, and Olivier was very friendly

Olivier's charming barn has been tastefully furnished, Oliver is very kind, the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. I can only recommend this place to those who need nature to unwind.
