Overall a good Airbnb as it sleeps 6 comfortably, is close to the Ocean City bridge and has an outdoor space. Future guests should keep in mind there is no dining table and the steps to the upstairs are very steep.

Eileen is a lovely person and you can tell she takes pride in her property and being a good hostess. We were able to travel around easily from her location and we had a very enjoyable weekend! We share a love of gardening and she was even nice enough to give us a plant identifier tag of a flower we admired in her garden!

The space was beautifully decorated, clean, private, and spacious. Even though it's a studio, there is a lot of open space. The walk-in closet was beautiful and there is a ton of space to hang clothes or put into drawers. You can also store your luggage in there. The kitchen and bathroom are off to the side so they don't feel like they are part of your living space. The backyard is wonderful. It backs onto a natural area and the birding is fabulous. Nearby is JFK Park which is a great place to watch the sunset or the night sky. The whole vibe of this AirBnB is very relaxed. If you have time, Bill is an interesting person to talk to. He has lived an interesting life and is always planning new adventures. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at David's place. It was comfortable and met all our needs. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was beautiful, beds were comfortable and it was centrally located to all the places we needed to go. We would definitely stay again. John & Rhonda
