Stunning house, beautifully furnished and well kitted out. Amazing location with great facilities on site for all ages. Perfect for our multi-generational holiday.

Stayed at the Goslings at the Lower Mill Estate for my parents 50th wedding anniversary - there were 10 of us, ages ranging from 7 to 73. The house was perfect - everything was very clean, there was plenty of crockery and cutlery, lots of fridge space and comfy beds. The house is overlooking a lovely lake with ducks wondering around. You can choose to chill or do lots of activities. The house is a few mins walk to a cafe, tennis courts, a small gym and pool complex. There is a very warm indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool that had lots of sunbeds. There is also a little lake to dip into at the back of the building. You need to book the pool the day before via a phone number. There is an activity centre, where you can book canoeing and paddleboarding, and there is another outdoor heated pool, a trampoline and more tennis courts. I would def recommend if you want to get away for a multi-generational break.

Phillipa is undoubtedly an incredible host with an incredible property. We arrived after a very long drive and were so grateful to find some breakfast bits: fresh milk, eggs, fresh bread and even juice. The house is an incredible size absolutely perfect for a family of four and even has all the resources for if you were holidaying with very young children (cot, plastic plates and cups, children’s cutlery and even calpol syringes). The house has a brilliant manual that includes a history of the home (fascinating to see the hard work Phillipa and her family have put into the property) as well as local recommendations. We walked the lakes, had a drink in a nearly pub, found a local park and my eldest enjoyed a lake swim. It was incredible to return ‘home’ to a warm and comfortable house with everything we could need. We had dinner at one of Phip’s recommended places and it didn’t disappoint. Phip was so very generous, even letting us access her garden as a treat, we’d definitely return!

We loved our time in the Jasmine Cottage! After 5 busy days sight seeing in London, this was the perfect place to stay with our 8 and 5 year old sons to just relax and enjoy a slower paced few days. A 1 minute walk (at most) to the town shops, restaurant, and water. Everything looked exactly like the photos, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location could not have been better. We already miss it and will look back fondly on our time at Jasmine Cottage for many years to come!

Carthorse Barn is just simply stunning ! So spacious and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home . The day we arrived weather was not the greatest so having a wood stove was blissful. The cottage is very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay , kitchen is fully equipped, downstairs toilet a welcomed bonus. Upstairs both bedrooms are immaculate, spacious and have very comfy beds . I loved the window bench in the kids bedroom, such a wonderful nook to relax. The main bedroom has the biggest and comfiest bed I have ever seen , such a beautiful wooden headboard too. I loved the free standing bath. The farm is also lovely and we enjoyed going to see the pigs and walking round the lakes.

Fantastic mini break to celebrate my fathers 70th. With 4 children the cottage needed to have plenty of space and it didn’t disappoint. Stunning setting. So much to see and do. Immaculate cottage. With a lovely welcome basket 😊. The swimming pool and lakes are beautiful. Mark was so welcoming and great communication and information provided. Thank you for having us.

This is a beautiful house in stunning surroundings! We felt treated and at home immediately, stepping into this super clean and tastefully decorated house. The living/ dining/ kitchen area were perfect for our group to spend time together eating and just chilling. The views over the lake and the sounds of birdsong were stunning! All the bedrooms have a different feel and were well equipped, as was the rest of the house. Although we didn’t take advantage of the estates facilities, it is a perfect place to spend time with family or friends and we hope to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Nook. The location is perfect - just a short distance from Cirencester - and the view over the English countryside is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen has all the essentials, and the bathroom is modern and clean. The free Wi-Fi and on-site parking were also great bonuses. We loved how peaceful and quiet the area was. It's close enough to the main roads to explore the Cotswolds region and its nature, yet secluded enough to feel like a true escape. We highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely love to return!

Splendid accommodation in the heart of the town. Appreciated the attention to detail like having cloths, tea, coffee etc Many thanks for the milk in fridge and complimentary drinks on the table 😀 Excellent cd collection too 😀

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was everything we could have hoped for. It’s perfectly located too. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely flat that was perfect for our couple of quiet nights away

Excellent very compact apartment with street parking for one small car. Clean, well thought out use of a small space, though walking from bed to bathroom would not suit elderly people or those with mobility issues because of the tight space. Excellent location. Great with the floor heating as well as room heating. A microwave would be a great addition. Overall excellent for our purposes.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed so far. Chonette has been so lovely, kind, easy to communicate with. She met us at the train station, walked us to the house, then dropped us to the train back. The house felt just right at home. I cooked during my stay and there are plenty ingredients at the cupboard can be used. Chonnete also took my little boy to do some gardening and picked a flowers for us. I would definitely come back if I am in this area again. Thank you very much!!!

Easily one of the best Air BnB experiences I have had. An extremely comfortable stay in a great location with kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. I could not ask for more. Topper was that I forgot my AirPods in the unit and they mailed them back to Canada and would not accept payment for doing so. Wonderful human beings and a wonderful place to stay!

Catherines place was fantastic as soon as we walked it it smelt lovely and the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was in a 5 minute walk to the Outlet Village and the Steam museum. It was also very convenient as we were going to our sons wedding at The Pear Tree in Purton and Catherine was very kind as to let us check out a little later.

John was very friendly and helpful! He stocked the kitchen with very nice snacks, drinks, and treats for our stay and gave us very helpful info for our travels. the space was so special and charming, one of our favorites fo sure!! the front yard garden is just gorgeous! 10/10 would stay again!

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

Everything you could possibly need was there - even a fan, which I really appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with implements. Bathroom as super clean - as was the whole flat. Great little room :)

Great location, just over Pulteney Bridge so nice and quiet at nighttime but very easy to walk over to the main attractions during the day. Lots of great restaurants etc. very close by too. The apartment itself is impressive! The scale is larger than the photos, all very spaced out with lots of room. The design is great and everything was spotless. The kitchen had amenities to be able to cook at home. Great window coverings to allow complete blockout at night, however also allowed through flow of air during the day. As advertised, it is upstairs, so something to note. We were made aware there were renovation works on the apartment upstairs, however they were all conducted in normal construction hours and we barely heard any noise. Overall, peaceful and so enjoyable, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

it was absolutely amazing! it was extremely peaceful and in such a beautiful area. its not too far of a drive to local places like Bath. the apartment was really spacious and clean. me and my partner absolutely loved it and hope we can come back soon

Very easy check in and check out, good communication with host, lovely flat right in the centre of Cirencester

Rosalind was a very friendly and communicative host. She offered a range of breakfasts and recommended some lovely local walks. The property was in a fab location with lots of nice walks/pubs nearby.

Don’t hesitate if you want to stay in this area. The property is just as described, spotless and felt like a home. There are stairs so might not suit everyone but we had a wonderful two night stay. Highly recommended and Lucinda and Katy were quick to respond and we were given lots of local places to visit and eat. Perfect.
