Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gloucestershire

Lovely, homely cottage. We felt right at home and had a cup of tea in the sun on the outside table in chairs in an inner courtyard. There were lots of extras like eggs, homemade bread , butter and milk which was really handy. There were lots cottage was clean and we had everything we needed for 4 days. Would highly recommend for a quiet stay in the Cotswolds.

Beautiful property - like something out of grand designs! Lovely, peaceful spot in the middle of the countryside with a great local pub within walking distance.

We had such a lovely stay. It’s super quiet and relaxing. just what we were looking for. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. You can head straight out for a beautiful walk from the door, which was a big bonus! Our dog felt right at home too, which made it even better for us. The host was fantastic, really friendly and full of great local tips. We ended up trying two of the places they recommended to eat and both were great. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave and would have stayed longer if it was available!

I loved my stay here. Chris & Mark were fab - friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had about the local area etc. the place was spotless, super comfy and with lots of light and beautiful flowers around the garden and fluffy towels. Everything looked brand new and it had everything I needed. Thanks again 😊

Firstly the communication from Michelle was excellent. Directions were spot on with pictures to easily find the property. Michelle was very friendly and very responsive to any messages, the property was spacious, very clean and very welcoming. The remote controlled gate made the property very secure. The private and secure garden was ideal for our dogs and a quiet place to relax. Great local farm shop just down the road and lots of lovely dog walks on the various Common lands 5 mins drive away. Would highly recommend this property and if we visit the area in the future would definitely book again.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Spoilt now as we will always want to stay here everytime we pop back to see our friends.

Lisa's place suited me perfectly. Close enough to the university and to hills. I loved having a little kitchen and a great place to sit and work. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Property was exactly as described. Great value for money in an ideal location for a short walk into the main town area. Apartment was clean and very well presented. With a straightforward check-in. Everything we needed for a night away. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous little place. I’d even say better in real life than the pictures! Bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. My only regret is that I didn’t have longer to spend there! The parking space is also a huge bonus. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely stay at this Airbnb, would recommend. Used as a base to visit friends. Peaceful neighbourhood and walkable to things of interest. Bed very comfy and Julian was a great host!

Anna was an excellent host — very friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt comfortable and at home. The space was spotless and well-equipped. Unfortunately my stay was a short , overnight stop to split up a long journey so unsure what the area has to offer but the property was in quiet neighbourhood with a convenient shop in a short walking distance. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

Great stay! Perfect for our road trip - quiet, clean and near to the shops and some food! Really nice flat, and had a lovely greeting message on the board when we came in! Love it!

An exceptional Airbnb in the heart of Cheltenham. It is a beautiful and stylish home with thoughtful touches. We were met with delicious home made scones on arrival. Doug was very communicative, getting back to me almost instantly. The flat is a great size, well laid out, with incredibly comfy beds and a delightful courtyard that we enjoyed in the sunshine. Just a few minutes walk from the center of Cheltenham with on street parking. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Rosalind was a very friendly and communicative host. She offered a range of breakfasts and recommended some lovely local walks. The property was in a fab location with lots of nice walks/pubs nearby.

The space is more beautiful than the pictures, very clean warm and relaxing. Paul was so extremely helpful and kind. We missed our car rental so arrived a day late and Paul organized that our waitrose order be received by a neighbor. He also allowed us to check out later since no one else was arriving that day. Perfect wonderful stay!

What a fantastic stay we had at Kate’s place. She was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble for her. The pictures really don’t show how gorgeous it truly is & it’s so much larger than the pictures show. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future xx

A fantastic, welcoming place that has everything you need. We were extremely grateful for the well stocked kitchen and all the support from our hosts who were always responsive, had excellent recommendations and even looked after our cases on our departure day.
