Cozy condominium on Nail, w/private entrance and parking for 2 cars. Central and short distance to Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret and city centre, with bus stop right. 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom, as well as a single bed in one bedroom. Total bed space for 5 pieces, as well as living room w/open kitchen solution and bathroom with shower/wc. Large private terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Step noise must be calculated as the host family lives on the 2nd floor of the same house. We think you'll enjoy staying at our place. Welcome😊🌸

Cabin in scenic surroundings on Flekkerøy

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. There is one bedroom with good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. There is spacious living room. En suite bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks nearby around Fiskåvannet, etc. We expect general decency and no other residents and neighbours to be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor ourselves.

Apartment close to the Zoo and the city. Reduced prices.

Bright and nice apartment with balcony and sea view. Private free parking. The apartment is in the middle of the sand. It is plus minus 10 minutes to both Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, Sentrum, IKEA, Hamresanden and Danskefergen. The apartment is in a very child-friendly residential area with immediate proximity to playgrounds. Bus right outside the apartment. Walking distance to REMA1000 and Coop Extra. Private loft/living room/ playroom with TV and sofa bed. Great for those with kids, here are toys/games/books etc.

Bright and cozy apartment on beautiful Flekkerøy with a lovely view of the sea. Newly renovated, all furniture and fixtures are new and inviting. Lean back on the lovely sofa and let your gaze rest at sea. Peaceful area with great hiking areas right outside the door. 15 min from the center of Kristiansand, 3 min walk down to the area's small cozy area of beach and pier. Bed linen has been placed on and towels are ready for their arrival. This apartment offers peace of mind. Warm welcome :)

Two bedroom 79 m2 apartement with large sunny terasse with private parking place. A third bedroom is located behind the garage. The apartement is located at the end of a dead end street. Walking distance to the local grocery store, playground, footballcourt, 5 minutes by car to the beach and 10 minutes to Dyreparken zoo and leicure park. 15 minutes by car to the city centre and 10 minutes to Norways biggest shopping mall. Public transport bustops at 300m. Linnen included.

Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic surroundings in Høvåg Only 20 min drive from Dyreparken/Kristiansand. Cabin with annex is unashamedly located at the end of dead end road, west facing and sunny on a plateau with a great view. Private bathing area and swimming with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going on a visit to Sørland or in the Zoo, this is a great option.
