Sandy's place was an excellent find. It's location was perfect, you can easily walk to the Funk Zone, beach, restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. The rooftop access was incredible and wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Nottage! Beautiful place to stay. We felt at home. Very quiet, the place has everything you need and more. Diane is very organized and really made that place a gem. I would love to go back but not sure when we will be able to enjoy this place again due to it be always booked out. Thanks Diane for this precious place were I could re energize myself from a busy office life. Hope to see you again soon😊

This is a lovely place - so bright and airy! The neighborhood is very quiet, with easy access to short walks. Perfect if you bring your dog, too. I loved the little touches that make this place special, such as live plants, nice art on the walls, color-coordinated towels and furniture. Also, views of the surrounding hills. And a charger for our hybrid car! The apartment is squeaky clean; the hosts are responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again on one of our visits to the Central coast!

Stay was fine, had what we needed.

I only booked the studio apartment for a night to have somewhere to shower and sleep mid road trip. I was soooo bummed I didn’t have more days there to enjoy it!!! The unit was actually a little more spacey than I expected (they made very clear this space was for one person). I’m weird when places have questionable linens/towels or they smell funky. The towels smelled so fresh, and the whole place was very clean. The space has beautiful features, felt modern but still cozy. Loved having the full fridge, that was very convenient. There are many units in the building but it felt private and I never heard anyone else. It’s a dreamy place with a lovely patio on the most adorable street. I will absolutely be returning with more time to spend and would recommend!

The apartment is more roomy than I thought it would be and close to the ocean. Extremely comfortable king size bed, nice big couch. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. There's even a secured garage. I absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful apartment!!

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

We loved our 2 night stay in this charming apartment with its overgrown flowering entry, bubbling fountain, cozy interior, and proximity to the heart of town. Parking was easy. The clawfoot tub was a smidge hard to shower in with the handheld shower only able to rest on the low spout tap, but our expectations of historic had been set appropriately. We were thankful for the floor fan during the heat of the day when we came back for siesta. The bed filled the bedroom but there was plenty of space to spread our items out in the sitting room. We didn’t end up needing the kitchen but appreciated the mini fridge and extra sink. Thank you!

We were in Los Alamos for my daughter's wedding at the Maker's Son. The location of the Centennial House was perfect, it was just a short walk to the venue. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and Kat's attention to detail is evident throughout. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping our family experience a beautiful weekend!

We stayed with our adult kids and wanted a walkable location. This one was perfect! Quiet yet close. Really enjoyed meeting Jeanne and her dogs.... horses, chickens too. (FYI....They are off site and not at the property.) The home is very well provisioned and the beds luxurious and comfy. Open kitchen and lots of seating in the living areas. Thank you Jeanne, we look forward to seeing you again!

The stay at the cottage was amazing. The cottage was in pristine condition, super cute and private and just perfect for a short stroll to the beach. Sitting outside under the lights and spending time in the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Lance was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely return to this place on another trip to Santa Barbara.

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

I wish I could have stayed longer at Estrella. Rachel is a great host. The cottage was wonderful with everything you need for preparing meals. Shower was perfect and comfy bed. The private patio was a plus. I highly recommend this little gem.

We came here for UCSB graduation weekend. Great location, very comfortable house, brote and clean. Really felt at home. Would highly recommend

My wife and I had a peaceful and centering getaway from day to day hustle and bustle for her Birthday. This was our second stay at this gem and it, again, was a great experience. Time slows down when you park up the hill and settle in. The beautiful majestic surroundings speak to your soul and only intensify when you sit outside and watch the sun set. Made friends with two lovable donkeys and a goat. BBQ d local carne asada from El Rancho Market at sundown, with wine and mellow acoustic guitar practice outside. Can’t wait to visit again, highly recommend. Made my wife’s birthday even more special.

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We arrived to find a beautiful fruit and cheese plate after a long day of traveling. The space was beautiful! Just a short walk to the beach. Thank you Ken!!

10/10 amazing place! My family and I loved it as soon as we walked in. Very beautiful, clean, and a cool experience. Our plan to go to the beach went away and all we wanted to do was to stay at the house. So cozy and relaxing. Felt we were inside a magazine! A dream vacation and stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was working, plenty of towel, walkable to shops and beach, the rooftop was so fun and cool! Nothing bad to say about this place and in fact we want to come back! Thank you Courtney for being an amazing host!

This was our third stay at this beautiful Pismo Beach condo, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s become our favorite spot for our annual summer trip, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. We noticed a few thoughtful updates since our last visit, and everything was just perfect. The view from the dining and living room is so stunning, we never even feel the need to go out for dinner—we’d rather enjoy every sunset right here. The place is fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and comfortable for our little family of four. We already can’t wait to come back!

Amber was fantastic and anticipated our needs. Everything was exactly as stated. it's a perfect spot if you plan in eating out, but want to eat your leftovers later. we opted for no kitchen Since we didn't plan on cooking. The microwave and mini fridge as well as the other supplied accessories came in handy and made everything super convenient. The only thing I feel is worth mentioning is the bed is lower to the ground and could be more difficult for people with mobility issues. I know by the end of my stay after lots of activity it was harder for me to get in and out of bed. The jacuzzi was enjoyable. every time we went we were alone. I will be staying there again.
