Clean and Spacious Studio Suite! This is a private suite with a king bed. It includes a small kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet storage. Kitchenware is not provided to keep our rates as low as possible. We also have onsite staff that can assist with any issues during the stay. If you are staying with us for an extended period, we do have complimentary House Keeping services at no additional cost to you!

We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.
