Està totalment aïllada, sense veïns, i envoltada de camps i boscos, amb un galliner 🐓 i una bassa amb ànecs.🦆 Ofereix vistes obertes al Solsonès, la Segarra, l’Anoia i el Pla d’Urgell, i aposta per les energies renovables (eòlica i fotovoltaica 🔋).

Casa amb era, de més de 300 anys d´antiguitat, totalment reformada, mantenint l´essencia de l´estil rústic,però amb totes les comoditats. Està al casc antic del poble, en una zona molt tranquila. La casa disposa de tres habitacions (dues dobles i una triple) i dos banys. Te llar de foc , calefacció elèctrica I aire acondicionat .La cuina està totalment equipada . Ideal per gaudir d´uns dies de relax, i d´esports d´aventura( escalada, senderisme, BTT, barranquisme, parapent, esquí...)

In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

La Cabañita de Llívia, Cerdanya, Puigcerdá

Full apartment, renovated in June 2019, very nice and cozy, consisting of two floors. Main floor with living-dining room, smart TV, WiFi, fireplace and balcony, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single bunk beds and exit to the balcony), plus a full bathroom. On the second floor, an old converted barn, you will have a double bed with a "velux" window from where you can see the stars at night. A gem!!

It is an isolated house in a small village. We have farm animals, chickens, goats, and ponies where children and adults can enjoy country life. There is a supplement of €5 per pet per day of stay in the house The house has two floors. The upper floor is the one that is rented with an independent entrance
