Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

House with pool in Danderyd

Spacious mid-century villa with 4-5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The house has gym, sauna, table tennis, and fine social areas indoors and outdoors. There is a private pool 4x8. The pool area is a lovely oasis completely secluded and surrounded by magnificent greenery. Here you can sunbathe and swim undisturbed. Adjacent to the pool area is a nice pergola with a bar section which serves as the natural grilling spot for outdoor meals. Located 5 minutes promenade to the nearest underground Mörby.

Litet hus, mysig gata. 10min tunnelbana till city

Njut av en elegant upplevelse på detta centralt belägna boende. Fantastiskt bra läge i Djursholm med mycket bra kommunikationer vart du än ska i Stockholm. - Några hundra meter till T-bana Mörby C, Tåg till city var tionde minut! - 700 meter till Danderyds sjukhus som är en knutpunkt för många busslinjer. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt och fridfullt villakvarter. Bäddade sängar och handdukar finns för er. Välkomna!

Oas vid vattnet nära stan

Hej, välkommen till en oas nära staden. Egen brygga, flera uteplatser och nära kollektivtrafik så att det är lätt att ta sig runt även utan bil. Det finns cyklar i varierande skicka att låna och en fiskekajak. På gångavstånd finns bra restauranger, caféer, mataffärer och mycket mer. Det finna fin natur och vackra parker kring Ulriksdals och Haga slott. För barnen finns bland annat gungor, studsmatta och basketkorg.
