Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Solms is unique as a starting point for canoeing, cycling, hiking, swimming and climbing. The Fortuna pit, the fairy-tale castle in Braunfels and the public observatory, among others, offer an extensive cultural variety. Enjoy good transport connections by bus and train about 800 m in the direction of Wetzlar - Gießen or Braunfels - Weilburg-Limburg. The apartment is equipped for 3 adults as well as for a toddler from 2 years in the parents' bedroom.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

There is a seating area with a table and an ashtray.

This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
