Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. NEW: Netflix and amazon prime are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking infant of the house. Thanks to the central location in Braunfels, sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy reach. The surrounding area also invites you to explore the sights and go on long bike rides. The Orthopaedic Clinic and the Braunfels Neurological Clinic are nearby and can be reached on foot in just 5 and 15 minutes respectively. There is also a charging station for electric cars in the immediate vicinity and sheltered storage space for e-bikes or motorcycles on the property.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Rosenstein (70 qm) im Weilburger Stadtteil Kubach liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie bietet einen Parkplatz und einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang sowie eine großzügige Terrasse und schnelles WLAN. Die Küche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Spül- und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, da Bäcker, Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Schnellrestaurant nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt sind.
