The apartment is located in a building with a free public parking space and it is equipped with an AC unit, WiFi, flat screen smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Apartment has one fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine, one bedroom, the hall and a sunny balcony.

The pool has basic equipment + massage and automatic water treatment with electrolysis (chlorine) and pH regulation.
