The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

The house is beautiful and very quiet, much nicer than the pictures!! By the location we recommend to take or rent a vehicle on the island, it is also very close to a taxi site and avenue with mototaxis passing all the time. We loved the stay here and get to know the island.

It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. great place, we liked the furniture, the design and the decorations. We were the only ones at the apartment complex and felt like our own private resort. The pool area was great and we did take advantage of it. The staff was very helpful and explained to us how to use the laundry. Everything was really great. The location is great to explore the cenotes in the area. Likewise, it is close to, both, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family next time they would want to stay in between these two cities. I would certainly recommend to add as a recommendation for dinner the restaurant called "La Buena Vida" (labuenavidarestaurant). If it was recommended to us, please disregard. I liked and appreciate the fact that you were aware of our fun by providing suggestions of what to do. Thank you for that. By the way, we did not have to open the main outside door (black) since it was always open. With nothing else, thank you again, loved it very!!!

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

The apartment was very clean and modern, everything was exactly as described and pictured. Great neighborhood, quiet but super close to 5th Ave and close to the beach as well. Kaitlin was by far one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with, she responded to all of our questions no matter what time it was and was always very helpful.

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Nina’s place was perfect! It was a little walk to downtown and shops but the distance was nice. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The pool was wonderful.
