My family and I stayed at this AMAZING place for a two week vacation! It was outstanding!! Best resort we have been to ever! Helen was super awesome to communicate with prior to our trip. Answered all my questions at a very timely fashion. Answered everything honestly. She sent all the paperwork we needed in advance to our travel. She was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommended this resort and Helen as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Allan was great at explaining how the time share works as it was my first time. I went alone with my 6yo daughter. We really liked Sandos Caracol because it is in the Jungle and feels very natural. Staff is all very friendly and there is a lot to do for kids. However, it is a 3 star resort so your expectations need to match that - not everything is very new and the food did not match Club Med (where we went afterward). But all in all, we preferred Sandos Caracol to Club Med Cancun which was twice the price! We loved having access to the Royal Elite club. We spent most of our time at that pool and the food at that restaurant was very good. We really liked being able to book our dinner reservations before we got there. We plan to go back next year. The place, the beach, everything is beautiful. I would return a thousand times to the sandals and with maxime, the experience was wonderful.

The place is as described and the value for money is quite fair. On the other hand, Allan's attention is simply extraordinary, he is always attentive, answers all your questions and regardless of your situation (we had to change dates) he finds a way to help you. Thanks for everything Allan!!

The resort is wonderful, super integrated with nature, very good restaurants, with a variety of options, many bars, the cenote next to the lobby is beautiful, be sure to book the El Templo restaurant. Staff always attentive. The Black bracelet is a "plus", it entitles you to several extra services including hydrotherapy in the SPA and exclusive area... I LOVED it, I would come back again even though the beach is not very good (lots of stones). Thank you Maxine for all your attention.

Everything in the description on airbnb was exactly like Allan described. I was a little hesitant to book due to unfamiliarity with Airbnb and an all inclusive resort, but Allan explained everything and it turned out exactly if not better than he described. Allen was always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. The resort was pretty large, but plenty of activities for the kids 13, 10, and 7. Pickleball, tennis, and pools. The beach at Sandos was incredible. All meals were incredible. Il piedmont was probably the best followed by le gourmet. The royal elite bracelets were great. They got you into a neat little bar (5th Avenue) with great drinks, pool tables, and a more laid back atmosphere. We visited the Carasol resort as well with bigger slides for the older kids. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Allan

Our family had never utilized renting someone else's member benefits through Airbnb and we were not disappointed. Maxime is very responsive and kind. Hotel was incredible. Added perks with good royal elite bracelets were great. Highly recommend. Will definitely use him again next summer.

I was a bit esceptical booking a resort through Airbnb but as a recent guest I can tell u first it's 100% legitimate. we travelled from Vancouver and we're at the resort for 6 days the royal elite bracelet gets u all the perks and we got to visit the sister resort eat at their restaurants and use all amenities at no cost just took a cab from the lobby and we were in l. I will feffinetly be staying here again and using this host.

This unit is in an excellent location within the Vidanta resort. The unit itself is super spacious and the splash pool on the deck was a lifesaver!! We also had a shared washer & dryer on our floor, very easy to use. resort amenities are really great. we enjoyed the pools, water park, cirque show, the AMAZING dining (our favorites were Tramonto & Havana Moon), spa (HIGHLY recommend!) and a couple of excursions. I also played golf twice (it’s an 18-hole, par 3 course, so u can leave a fee clubs at home OR rent clubs there). That being said, Vidanta’s check-in process is confusing & opaque. As a native Spanish speaker, language was NOT a barrier. If you go, make sure u fully understand when/how to tip (sometimes it’s already included, other times u pay cash last day, other times u add directly to ur final bill), how to access transportation. Bring ur phone to all meals bc menus are only accessible via QR codes. Resort maps are also only accessible via the vidanta map.

Our stay was very pleasant. Of course our biggest concern was Covid and what protocols were in place at Vidanta to protect their staff and guests. They require you wear a mask at any indoor facility as well as on the trams that are available to take you to and from. Mexico requires you have a vaccination card or negative Covid test to enter as well as a negative test to leave. Vidanta checks your temperature to enter and restaurant, spa, gym etc. as well as to enter Jungala. It’s a bit of a hassle especially when traveling- one more thing to worry about- but for now it’s our new normal. All that being said, it was clear that Vidanta takes the health and safety of their staff and guests very serious and it’s for that reason they haven’t had a positive case in 2 years. My husband and I went just the two of us for a little getaway but we’re definitely taking our three kids back. The room was clean and the staff was very warm and accommodating. There’s tons to do, eat, drink and play at vidanta so there was never a dull moment!

We had a wonderful time, the unit was clean and beautiful. The check in took a very long time due to the resort lack of organization. Alicia was wonderful to work with and would definitely go back.

Would highly recommend this resort. Tatiana's place exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back.

The place is exquisite. Better than we expected. More space than we needed. Lots of food choices. Great place to relax and rewind.
