I spent an entire month in the small paradise of André and Fernanda. The place is fantastic, surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace. The hosts are amazing people, always willing to help and go far beyond a mere business relationship. I found everything I needed in the lodging. Certainly the memories of this wonderful trip will accompany me for the rest of my life. I intend to return as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to make your reservation, you will not regret it!

We had a great accommodation. Large house, organized, very clean and cozy. Otimas linens and towels. Very good place and good location, everything is close by. The space is very cozy, has linens and bath linens and household utensils in the kitchen. The atmosphere is quiet and spacious and Leni is very helpful and attentive to the guests. The only detail is that it does not have wi-fi yet.

I thought the accommodation was great and special to Maria who is so friendly and polite. There is a place to stop the car, very quiet street and the city is beautiful. For those who do not have a car, they will need to walk a lot to the center, as the street is on a hill, with residential houses and very quiet to get there. But it's worth too much for people who have a car or don't bother to pick up Uber, as it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center. Inclusive São Lourenço is a charming city with a lot of commerce and urban and rural areas to explore. It has great infrastructure, with security, fair prices of services and options for tours for everyone. I and my wife will return for sure and nominate Maria for everyone.

The amphitrões are a love, always attentive. We received coffee and muffin, and presented the house. Tb did not stay longer than necessary, soon leaving us at ease. The clean, spacious and organized house. With all the necessary items available and even items that we do not usually see available (airfryer, orange juicer, etc.). Near the center and the water park, the main attraction of the city. The only not very positive point is that the bathroom on the 1st floor is outside, and as my son and I need to be underneath for being a wheelchair person, getting up from bed at dawn and having to open the door,and going out in the cold to use the bathroom was quite complicated, since there was no way to go up the stairs with him to go to the top, in addition, in this bath there is no box, which makes it much cooler to take a shower and then go out and get cold. The entrance to the kitchen ends up being better for the chair but still has steps it is necessary 2 people to climb the wheelchair.

We had a very good stay, the place has a lot of privacy and tranquility, in the middle of nature and away from urban centers. The view from the bedroom window is beautiful. Cris is very polite and gave very good tips of waterfalls in the area. To get to the house (which is on the top of a hill, inside a farm) it is necessary to go through a short dirt road with a gap between the sides and the central parts of the road, in times of rain must be difficult, and very low cars will have difficulty. I recommend your stay, it is a beautiful house in the middle of the bush, for those who seek tranquility and privacy.

The accommodation and price are excellent, the space, although far from the center, brings tranquility, silence and security. Everything matches the photos, very clean place, new furniture, small kitchen available, television, internet, in short, I recommend it and I will return when possible.

Great space ,all new and everything very clean ,comfortable and cozy ,corresponded to the Photos ,very functional ,had household utensils necessary for stay. Everything very organized ,detail of the towels arranged in the perfect bed!!! Our stay at Cíntia's apartment was simply wonderful. The place is complete, welcoming and conveys a peace that is difficult to find these days. We had the opportunity to study, work and, above all, to rest — which was very necessary for us, especially after a period of emotional exhaustion. The silence and serenity of the place helped not only in physical rest, but also in the emotional rebalancing. The environment inspired us and favored the concentration to develop projects that, in the wake of Rio de Janeiro, we could barely get off the paper. We very much liked the decoration with spiritual references, such as the Buddha elements, and especially to find the book about the water experience "The Messages of Water" — a work that we already wanted to read and that, coincidentally, was there, at the disposal. It was a gift!  No doubt, every time we return to São Lourenço, we will try to stay again in this very special apartment. Cíntia, congratulations!
