Nossa matriarca deixou sua terra natal para construir uma nova vida no Brasil com seu marido. Eles se mudaram para a charmosa São Lourenço e construíram sua casa nesta mesma rua, onde viveram por muitos anos. A Casa Fontán é uma homenagem à nossa matriarca e ao seu legado familiar. É um espaço onde você pode sentir-se em casa e viver uma experiência autêntica na cidade.

Welcome to Villa Gerais, the preferred destination for guests seeking comfort, tranquility and contact with nature, next to Parque das Águas. Our exclusive Chalé Ouro accommodates up to 3 people with a spacious double bed, elegant living room, air-conditioning and modern bathroom. Upstairs, enjoy a private solarium with stunning views of the Park. The full kitchen ensures practicality, and we are still pet-friendly. Come and experience unique and unforgettable moments!

Mountain house

Large and comfortable house. Prepared for families and groups of friends who want to be in contact with nature. The main house has 3 large en-suites, all overlooking the garden. Fireplace/reading room, living room, dining room and TV room, a basement with sofas, kitchen and balcony. A large toy room for the little ones, a Minas Gerais kitchen, with a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Eco-friendly house

Our space is Unique, Ecological, Rustic and comfortable! It was bio-built with great affection. Quiet place, with lots of nature around, birds, pure water straight from the mine and with a pool that can be heated (optional). The house follows bio-construction and agroecology standards. A place that offers an experience with nature, an invitation to the sound of birds! Perfect place to rest and replenish your energy!

Casa Estilo - São Lourenço, MG

It's 74 m2 full of history and charm! Spacious, well-lit and airy! Access is through the covered garage. In front of the house is a balcony with space for a hammock. The entrance door opens onto a large integrated space with a living room and TV, dining area and kitchen. Access to the en-suite is through the hall/mini closet, which also gives access to the bathroom, also very spacious and well-lit.

Located in the countryside of Soledade de Minas, Marimbondo district. Here you find a cozy place with the front of the forest at 100 mts from the Waterfall and 5 km from the city center. Relax in this quiet environment, full of peace and reconnect the lush nature of the mountains of Minas Gerais.

House located in a nice and quiet district away 1.5 km (1 mi.) from São Lourenço downtown. Totally equipped and with space for a group of up to 4 people, the house also offers a relaxing view to the mountains. A perfect place for couples and small families.
