Close to restaurants and local shops. The Penedo region is home to waterfalls formed by the clean waters of the Preto River, excellent for swimming. A region of valleys and mountains. In the Portinari condominium, you will have access to the swimming pools. The sauna, barbecue area and game room are currently closed. Quiet place, ideal for resting.

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
