Partly newly renovated apartment in Underlia of 120 sqm, with great view and walking distance to the city. Right by great hiking trails in the forest and only 5 minutes to drive to Landfalltjern (a great place to swim) and Drammen Skisenter. The bus to the city also goes 100 meters from the apartment. There is one bedroom with double bed and one with family bunk (2 +1). On the porch you can enjoy the sun all day. There is separate shower and toilet, where shower is in from the master bedroom and toilet from the hallway. Parking on the street.

Free parking and possibility for electric car charging. 2 People sleep comfortable in their own bedroom, but there is a sofa bed in the living room where you can make up to 2 more people. A nice starting point for outdoor activities in the area, all year long. Short distance to the 9-hole golf course, fishing opportunities, bathing water, peak hiking, alpine slopes and ski slopes. In Hokksund we have Nøstetangen Museum / Norsk Glass Museum and Eiker Gårdsysteri to name a few. Many hiking areas and, swimming areas nearby. The place is located in a cutout landscape, quietness and room for play and creativity is easily accessible. Great for a family or friends looking for a great summer spot.

Cozy guesthouse on the edge of the forest

The guesthouse is located in idyllic green surroundings on Konnerud in Drammen. Here you will find hiking and ski trails just outside the door. In the bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 and in the living room a double sofa bed. The unit has a small kitchenette with fridge, studio stove and kettle, as well as cups and dishes for 4 people. In the bathroom there are heating in the floor, shower and toilet. Our cat, Taco, enjoys the guesthouse. You decide if you want a visit from the cat or if the cat flap should be closed.
