Waterfront holiday rentals in Solana Matorral

We had a super nice time in Fuerteventura! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Especially the terrace was a highlight, perfect for breakfast or simply to relax overlooking the sea. The area is quiet, but everything is within easy reach. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We stayed for one week, and loved the place! The view is amazing, you are close to the Beach, and Shops and Restaurants but it is still really quite. We would love to come back and can recommend!

Just back from 2 weeks in this apartment. It was me & my husband & was perfect for us. The views from balcony were amazing and we had the sun on balcony all day. We were just a 30 second walk from beach. Some lovely beach bars. Also, about a minute walk from Main Street where there were more restaurants & bars. Apartment was exactly as described & was kept lovely. David couldn’t have been any nicer and was always on hand if we needed anything. Our apt was cleaned after first week, new bedding & towels & hand soap topped up & there was stuff provided for the beach, towels, chairs. The apt it’s self had all what you need, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. David provided water which was amazing. I can’t rate this apt highly enough. We had a fabulous holiday and would deffo return to this place in the future.

Quiet apartment, close to the beach, everything you needed was on site. Terrace on the ocean side, with a view, sunrise and until late noon you can sunbathe. ❤️ We are very pleased with our stay. Ms. Iris is helpful, check-in without any problems, even if we had a slight delay with transport (lockbox with keys and self check-in). Thank you for the bottle of red wine to welcome us! Costa Calma itself - nearby shops, pubs with local Tapas, places with live music, car rental I ❤️ recommend!

First of all Lucia was a lovely host, extremely welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was stunning with so much attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable, all the facilities you could possibly need and an exceptional shower! The garden is such a lovely space as well, so we'll thought out and relaxing with lots of comfy seating. The pool is a great addition also. Only a 20 minute walk to the shops/resteraunts/beaches. Only 4-5 euros to get a taxi back if you prefer. Thank you for a fantastic 7 nights!

I loved my stay! Beautiful apartment, great location, great amenities. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back when I return to Lanzarote!

Just back from 9 nights at this perfect apartment,Antxon was a super host, his communication, responses, instructions and directions ahead of the trip were great. Check in spot on too, he met us at the apartment and ran through all the necessary bits for entry and security etc. He gave a quick guide of our location to pool, beach etc and was very helpful with lots of recommendations of the bars and restaurants close by, we went to a few and they did not disappoint, they were just as described and well worth a visit or 2 or 3.. 😊. The apartment on arrival was just as the pictures and was very clean and spacious, we needed for nothing while we’re there and he even popped a few nice treats in the fridge for us which was a lovely gesture and really appreciated. The complex was quiet and very relaxing , well maintained and secure. Great location, lovely modern apartment, great host. We would not hesitate to re book with Antxon.

We liked it very much, the apartment is as described and has everything you need even spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee and much more so that you can quickly cook something, Balcony very cozy with garden and pool view, and the sun terrace with whirlpool very nice to relax. We also wrote to Martin and always got a quick response. But you have to have a car, then the location is very good, in about 15 minutes' drive you are in Corralejo. Booking here is highly recommended.

I was the “tour leader” but didn’t actually get to go on the trip due to an accident - however our friends who did go rated their stay very highly & had a terrific time. By all accounts Monica was a “star”!

Eva and her husband are very nice, unobtrusive hosts. The house provided comfort, it was very close to shops, restaurants, and at the same time off the beaten path.

Fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved it. Carol & Tim made us feel extremely welcome and were happy to let us share their stunning villa - they’ve made the accommodation feel like home. Everything is so well stocked and in excellent condition. They kept in touch throughout the week so any questions we had were quickly answered. Cab driver found the villa a little difficult to locate upon arrival but our flight was late at night so it was very dark - much easier in the daylight! Would highly recommend. Thanks once again Carol & Tim - we had a brilliant holiday.

I can recommend staying here with a clear conscience. It was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The house was fully equipped, well maintained, very clean and Adrian responded to all our inquiries. In the evenings, the village is empty of tourists and from the balcony you have a great view of the sunsets. Adrian fulfilled our wishes and our son got beach toys. A nice surprise was also a welcome gift on the table. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we only lacked a cutting board. There were only two defects that bothered us. The first are the ants living somewhere in the kitchen between the cabinets. All food must be kept in the refrigerator. And the second is a poorly washing washing machine (maybe clogged with sand?). First of all, it did not rinse well and it was necessary to do an additional rinsing program (i.e. a total of 5 rinses) so that the clothes were not full of detergents. Secondly, it did not spin the water well and a bowl would be useful to move these wet things to the balcony without dripping them down the stairs.

Our stay in Benjamins home was fantastic - it looked exactly like the photos and had the most brilliant host! The apartment was homely and in great proximity to the beach, so perfect for a few days away! Benjamin was always quick to answer messages, was flexible with both early check in and late check out, as well as allowing an extra guest to stay. Thank you so much Benjamin!

We had a fantastic stay at Teresa's lovely place and had a great holiday. This was in large part to the awesome accommodation and I can thoroughly recommend anyone to stay at Teresa's home. It was spacious, had everything we needed and was so close to all local amenities. However, once you turn off the main street, it was very peaceful. The Home is exactly as described and I would like to thank Teresa for allowing us to stay and contributing to our wonderful holiday. Thank you Teresa

We highly recommend the apartment! The location is really excellent: the place itself is pleasantly quiet and not crowded like other places on the island. At the same time, the apartment is very centrally located – a supermarket directly opposite, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a bakery right in the house, ideal for a cozy breakfast. A large parking space is right in front of the apartment. A small staircase leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. It is just 200 meters slightly downhill to the beach promenade. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very neat and offers just the right size. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially nice: from the first floor you even have a small sea view on the horizon due to the elevated location. The only small drawback was the very weak water pressure in the shower. Still clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is on the corner so the garden and pool area is private. The pool was lovely, lots of sunbeds as well. We had the main bedroom, which is very spacious. The mattress is really comfortable and so we slept really well. The en-suite is also spacious and the shower is also great. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, cutlery and glasses. The coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine all worked well and were useful. There is a large inside dining table, and a decent outside table which is at the front of the property and has a sea view. The property is a 20 minute walk from a really lovely beach, with shops and various bars and restaurants. We hired a car, and travelled around - lots of interesting places within a short drive. The airport is just over half an hour by car. The hosts answered all questions really quickly, and we were able to enjoy an early check in and late check out, as we were off season. We highly recommend!

Very quiet and relaxing environment. The pool and other equipment was very good and well adapted!!! The accommodation was very clean and everything was provided, nothing to say about hygiene. The host was responsive and gave us tips on a lot of things

We have stayed many times now at Timea's apartment and it is perfect for our needs as a couple. It's very clean, tidy, comfortable and restful. Timea is a great and friendly host and responds well to any queries or issues we wish to raise. The location is close to the shops and beach and it is a short walk to the town centre as well. We have booked again for 2026.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need on hand. Great host,very helpful. Location is amongst other houses so there is a bit of noise occasionally. Some building work was happening in opposite property but I’m sure this wasn’t the usual occurrence. All said it was a fabulous stay with great facilities and very comfortable.

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Enricos place is a marvellous place to stay. He was extremely helpful with any minor issues we had. The accommodation itself has a beautiful kitchen area with every possible utility imaginable including a dishwasher, fridge,microwave and oven. The bathroom has modern shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice temperature for sleeping. It has a beautiful balcony with seats and a table for alfresco dining. The view from the balcony is very nice with a sea view. Thank you Enrico for your hospitality and help. We will certainly be back. X

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.

Paula’s place is a great base for exploring the island. Just as presented - the flat is well equipped and with stylish furnishing all around. Easy communication and check-in.

Very nice location, perfectly equipped, very clean, nice view and access to the beach is quick. I’d definitely come back if I have to come again to fuerteventura. A bit remote from the town but it was precisely what i was looking for. Quiet area, Access to town is quick with a car.
