This apartment is small, but mighty! It has most everything you need to feel right at home. The location is truly what sets this bnb apart. You can walk to the beach in 15 min, Solana main street in 10, and only a 3 min walk across the street to a beautiful park area to watch the sunset. Tiffany was responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Considering it's proximity to the beach, local restaurants and freeway access, this place is a steal, especially for longterm stays.

I really enjoyed my 1 month stay at Bruce & Kathy's cottage in Solana Beach. I especially loved sitting outside in the beautiful garden full of flowers and watching hummingbirds feed from the feeders. The cottage itself is cheerful and bright, with lots of windows and a skylight in the kitchen area. Bathroom is a good size, and shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. As other guest reviews have mentioned, the bed is super comfortable. As a digital nomad, I teleworked during my stay, and had no issues with the wifi, and I appreciated the comfortable desk/workspace area. If you're an active person, then you'll love the close proximity to fun hiking trails, beautiful beaches, and the community swimming pool. As a long term guest, I enjoyed getting to know Bruce & Kathy, they were always cheerful and helpful when we crossed paths, and they were also very respectful of my privacy. I look forward to coming back and staying here again.!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.
