Take a short 1/2 block stroll to the sand, racetrack, or Cedros Ave. Short distance to shops, music venues, breweries, top rated restaurants, bicycle/surfboard rentals, Amtrak, and more. Located on east side of Sierra Ave. about 200 meters/ 2 min walk to ocean. Condo DOES NOT an have an ocean view, but community offers ocean views and access.

This place attraction is location ! Attached studio/suite short walk to the Beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transportation, the city center and Cedros shopping District. Private entrance, private parking (no need to park on the street), private bathroom, kitchenette, 2 bikes and beach equipment. Cozy, it has everything you need to have a restful night's sleep. You’ll love my place because of Location, Location, Location. This place is good for solo adventurers, or a business traveler.

West of the 5 Freeway! Close to beach! Very clean and modern studio apartment located in Cardiff by the Sea. Across the street from the lagoon and central to everything! Spacious for a couple. Close to Cardiff State Beach and the campgrounds. Very private and very CLEAN. Private entrance. Kitchenette and full bathroom. Two fridges, extra large TV, coffee maker, microwave, and more. Bed is SUPER comfortable. We take extra precautions with cleaning. Wonderful reviews. Discounts for longer stays.

Kerri’s home is a fabulous place to stay if you have family, an event, or if you are just looking to tour the San Diego, Anaheim, Solana Beach and other areas. It’s perfectly located to make travel easy to many popular tourist destinations in the area, including hiking and sightseeing! Her home has the MOST wonderful amenities and she is so generous with all provided. We had more than enough comforts to stay our week as a family of 4. The home is set up perfectly to get ready for formal events (I loved the vanity) and have a backyard bbq. The bed toppers make the beds so comfortable- including the pull out couch. From the kitchen to the bathroom to beach fun to rainy days, Kerri has thought of everything. The home is very clean, and the location in busy Solana Beach has beautiful views of the ocean in the distance and the city below. The freeway runs along many neighborhoods in San Diego, but it is just a white noise hum. We loved eating outside everyday. Kerri is a wonderful host!

Joseph’s guesthouse was beautifully designed and appointed. Great kitchen, great outdoor patio, barbecue, seating, areas, landscaping, etc. Joseph and his family were not home at the time, which further contributed to the feeling of privacy. Not a lot of traffic on the street, but it is narrow and not the best for walking. Close to the beach, which is great for walks and beach activities. Also close to Del Mar race track and fairgrounds.

First of all. We loved the location! It was close to the beach, shopping, amazing restaurants, and public transportation (for those who need it) There was a music festival in town so I thought things would be crowded, but we were at the perfect distance to enjoy it when we wanted, but still feel the privacy. My sister was visiting and she wants to bring other family members here! She said it felt like an Italian city. I can’t believe I messed up my reservation, but Nina was so helpful and patient. She walked me through how to fix it very easily.

The unit was well equipped having everything we needed. Owner was helpful and proactive. We didn't have any issues. The community deck over the ocean was fantastic. The beach here is wide enough to never have to worry about low tide or high tide. The unit provides a private stairway to the beach, while it is also a distance to get to for the public, resulting in an amazing beach with no crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

The views and location make this condo amazing. You can hear the ocean waves from every room of you crack the windows and have an amazing ocean view from the dining area, couch, and outdoor patio. The pools are kept warm and the hot tubs hot, which we appreciated given the relatively cool April weather. The beach access is amazing, and you can take long walks in both directions. We encountered a few issues - housekeepers forgot to stock toilet paper and the dishwasher was broken because of the prior guests - but everything was dealt with quickly when I reached out to the managing company. We’ll recommend this unit to others. It was a great home base for a San Diego area vacation.
