If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

My childhood home, your resort

Welcome to my childhood home, built in 1959 by my father on my grandfather's farm. The house is a vibrant piece of local history, well preserved and appreciated by three generations. Since it was built, Grandpa's farm has become part of a downtown residential area, a lovely association of new and old homes. We took over this house for my parents in 2010, and we're proud to share it with you. By staying here, you will have an authentic experience of a typical Norwegian family house from the 50s.

Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay at Vaulen. The residence is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and it is within walking distance to both Vaulen swimming area and Sørmarka. There are several supermarkets and eateries in a short radius. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, and bus to Stavanger and Sandnes runs every 15 minutes (bus stop: Lyngnesveien). Parking space for two cars and electric car chargers. Electric car charging is included in the rent.

Unik enebolig med spektakulær sjøutsikt. Her kan du nyte solnedgang i sjøen, fiske fra svaberget eller vandre i Tananger havn. Huset har sentral beliggenhet i Tananger med en stor og lun hage. I hagen er det også pergola med utemøbler for en utemiddag i flotte omgivelser. Passer fint for barnefamilier. Butikker noen hundre meter fra huset. Busstopp til Stavanger sentrum og flyplass 200 meter fra huset.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house sleeps five. If you are traveling with small kids there is a separate bedroom with a cot. About 7 min to Kongeparken. 10 min to Sandnes city centre. Barbecue area in the yard can be used. We have ducks and hens who would like to visit, maybe you'll find an egg?
