Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Solaize

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Very nice place to stay & clean with beautiful views of Lyon from well lit loft-like apartment. Surrounding neighborhood is pleasant with easy walks to excellent dining and shopping. advice: steep cobbled streets - hire a taxi for front door drop off & pickup so you do not have to carry luggage

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, der trotzdem viel bietet. Gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Reibungslose Kommunikation und einfacher autonomer Zugang. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter.

This place was amazing! It fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) perfectly. The location was spot on, walkable to everything, and the flat was beautiful! Welll maintained and well equipped! Catherine and her husband were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Super easy check in/out as well. I would highly recommend!! I hope we can come back some day!

Le logement de Ghezlane est très agréable le quartier est calme et à proximité de l’autoroute et commerces . L’accueil et les échangent furent très sympathiques je recommande !

L’appartement de Benoit était tout à fait conforme à la description. Très propre, proche de tout et disposant de toutes les commodités. Je recommande fortement. Benoit a aussi été très flexible sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Super logement à proximité de Lyon, accessible en transports (bus, tram ...). Résidence calme et jacuzzi génial et simple d'utilisation. Nous recommandons ! Merci à Antoine qui est un hôte réactif et très sympa.

Great stay in Lyon. Alain is a very friendly host and provided welcome chocolate and great local recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to self cater, and there are many nearby specialty food shops and a very nice market along the river. Lyon is very walkable and has an interesting history. The apartment is full of art and music. Both the apartment and Lyon are highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans la maison de Sandra, tout était propre, et des espaces spacieux sans oublier la terrasse qui est parfaite pour accueillir du monde !

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Toute ma famille a été ravie de la maison. Nous avons chacun trouvé notre place sans se marcher dessus grâce aux chambres et les enfants ont pu lire et jouer tranquillement. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage. Merci à José pour son accueil.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung in einer ruhigen,fast ländlichen Gegend,obwohl so nahe am Flughafen. Ich war nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung da,aber man könnte es durchaus auch länger aushalten!Es gibt wohl ein paar Lokale nicht weit weg,aber mit der kleinen Küche kann man sich sicher auch gut selbst versorgen. Ein Leclerc ist nicht weit weg. Ich habe nach der langen Anfahrt jedenfalls den ruhigen Abend auf der Terrasse mit Blick in Garten und Natur sehr genossen. Die Zimmerdecken sind etwas niedriger als gewohnt,aber das macht nichts. Und wenn mein Französisch nicht so eingerostet wäre,hätte ich mich mit meinen Gastgebern auch sicher gut unterhalten können. Jedenfalls werde ich mir diese Adresse gut merken.

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Tous s'est bien passé et de plus pas de problème de stationnement, parking privé dans la cour et duplex bien situé dans la ville.

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.
