The house is located just over 4 kilometers from lovely Bore beach, with walking distance to the shop and playground and tuft park as the closest neighbor. The house has a large and open kitchen, a spacious TV lounge, two bedrooms with double bed, as well as two children's rooms. In the basement you have access to both sauna, gym and laundry room. Guests who rent over periods longer than 14 days must pay electricity for the days they rent.

Beautiful villa built 2017. Located in quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly families around. The home is fully equipped and has a lovely garden with beautiful terraces, a sving for the kids, grill and furniture. Children and youths lives in the house so there are toys, game consoles etc. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, where the bus to the city center runs every 8 minutes. The bus ride to the city centre is 7-8 minutes. The kids beds in the pics have been replaced with 120 * 200 cm beds.

Apartment located centrally to most things. Nearest neighbor is Madla Amfi and Stokkavannet. DNB arena is also a walk away. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom at the same time the possibility of one more sleeping space on the sofa bed that is located in the living room. On the terrace there is a seating area and there are good sun conditions throughout the day. Stavanger city center is a bus ride away and you will find the bus just outside. Guest parking available.
