Dimitar and Julie's apartment is absolutely stunning! It is located on the famous Vitosha Boulevard with great restaurants right on your doorstep and walkable to all main attractions. The city view from the apartment with the mountains in the background was breathtaking. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and beautifully designed. The comfy bed and great shower added to the positive experience. The hosts Dimitar and Julie were friendly and responsive via message. We will definitely stay again when visiting Sofia! Thank you.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Very happy with my stay, the location was walking distance to the important places for me, in the immediate vicinity there is a paid parking and shops that are open late. We'll definitely be visiting again!

In general great value and amazing host. Had everything you need for a long stay, as listed. They had a bonus set of pillows to choose from (I'd say one of the more comfortable ones compared to other places), amazing terrace and great views. My only complaints would be - there is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and no place for towels, and the kitchen was a bit dirtier than expected - we had to wash most of the stuff, especially the pots and pans before using them. As a recommendation - this place should definitely have a working space - it will make it perfect.

I had a great time staying at Alexander's house in Sofia, Bulgaria. I extended my stay due to an extended business trip and did not consider other places. Because his place was perfect. I will probably need to extend my stay again and I will choose Alexander's place. He was also very friendly and kind enough to recommend restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. It was the most perfect place I have stayed at in Airbnb. I highly recommend Alexander House, located at the foot of Mt. Vitosha, where you can enjoy the fresh air to your heart's content.

The experience can be described as "visiting theclosest relatives". Alex and Radi are more than hosts, they are friends, family. You feel cared for there, like home! A magical place made with a lot of love and giving love and coziness!

We stayed 17 people (two families with children) at Alexander's place for 10 days. It was our first time for such a trip and the stay at his place was most wonderful for us. The house is very pleasant, clean and equipped with everything needed. The garden is also large and well maintained. Alexander is a very nice and kind host who helps and provides a solution for everything you need, such as an additional refrigerator and an additional dining table in the garden. He also helped us with the trip from the airport and all the trips in the area. We felt that he really wanted us to enjoy and be satisfied with our vacation and thanks to him it was. We highly recommend this place for a vacation and hope to return in the coming years.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. All necessary amenities are provided in the houses. The host was great, very helpful, and always available. She had thought of everything and made sure our stay was peaceful, enjoyable, and comfortable. Comply with the needs of guests 100%. We were a few families with young children who also took good care of. This place is definitely worth a visit.

We were very delighted with our stay at Julian’s place. This one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Sofia. Very nicely designed, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment was quiet and in the heart of the city situated. Also very important Julian was an amazing host, even letting us check in earlier. Thank you very much for a great stay, Julian. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who puts value to a nice apartment for his vacation.

The house was beautiful and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The environment was cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed us to rest well after work days. My boyfriend and I were here for work and we had a really good time. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience even more positive.

This was a very nice flat not far from Hyatt Hotel I Pravets. Very spacious and well equipped. There were everything needed for a stay in Pravets. On this time of year terasse could be too cold in the evening, but perfect for the summer when shadow is more appreciated. Just in front was free parking and easy access to the property. Janilina had made videos and explanation so to find flat and everything was so easy. Grocery shop was not so far away and in center of Pravets. I had dinner at Hyatt Hotel and price 66 leva for a buffet dinner and 11 leva for a glass of wine. Not so cheap but expensive place. I made dinner home the other days, but think there were a restaurant I center of Pravets. I recommend this flat to travelers to Pravets. Great golf course were I was warmly welcomed. Want to come again.

we left with great pleasure, everything was very nice from the place we stayed, the location was very good. The transportation was very comfortable. The house was very clean. The rooms and kitchen and bathroom were useful. The indoor parking was also magnificent for a place like sofya. Thank you so much...🙂
