From the gate you enter into a courtyard with a well maintained green garden, you pass by the old chestnut tree and reach the inner house. Two and a half flights of a wooden staircase take you to the apartment (no elevator). You will find everything needed (appliances, pots and dishes) to prepare your own meal, coffee or tea. "Serdika" station, which is the main underground station, is located within less than 7 minutes walk and provides direct link to Sofia's Airport, Train and Bus stations.

My apartment is at short walking distance to the main shopping street and all the central landmarks as well as to nice spa centers and modern shopping centers.
