Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sofia

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

The apartment is very cozy, near the city center and most importantly clean. Also, our host was extremely helpful and very kind :) We absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Sofia!

Great place really peacefull and nice, the place looks really aesthethically pleasing.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It’s very cosy and clean, with great design, you feel like home. When you open the windows you hear a relaxing river sounds! The garden is perfect for morning coffee. You have your own private parking spot. You have everything you need in the kitchen and living room! Recommend

We booked Rumi’s place as a group of 14 for a stag do, knowing it was a 1-star property—and that’s exactly what we got, which was perfect for our needs! The house had plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, and was in a great location within walking distance to the city centre. Rumi provided clean towels, which we appreciated, and she was a great host—friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. The listing pictures are very accurate, so no surprises when you arrive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Sofia. Thanks again, Rumi!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

Great place, spacious, perfect for families. The location is good, close to the metro and shopping mall.. The outdoor space was a nice addition. Also the parking space is very convenient if you travel by car. The host is very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved Maria’s apartment. It was really well cleaned but also homely and it felt like a privilege to be in a Sofia family’s home - so many books everywhere! The balcony was great and with a view of Vitosha and the pictures didn’t do it justice - it is really big! Maria was very responsive and she met us when we arrived. I hope we can come back to Sofia and stay again.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung mit vielen facilities wie Spülmaschine, Wasserfilter, Staubsauger, Öl und Salz. Ein Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, ein Flüsschen davor und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Peter war flexibel, jederzeit ansprechbar und entspannt bei Check- in und -out. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Amazing place and very hospital landlord.

Amazing place in Sofia! Mihaela was so proactive sending us informations about our booking and recommendations for food and activities. The bathroom is small but the rest of the apartment is so well organized and big, you forget about the small bathroom! Many stairs to go up the 5th floor but tue view is worth it. :)

What a wonderful host! Made sure we were comfortable, showed us round the place, made recommendations and very easily contactable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay more!

Nous ne pouvons que recommander !!! L'appartement est vraiment super sympa et cool. On est proche des bus et tram, un peu loin du métro, mais franchement, ça le fait, de plus, les taxis sont pas chers donc.... Et l'appartement en vaut vraiment la peine, nous avons passer de très bons moments sur la terrasse. Pas de bol, l'appartement du dessous était en travaux, donc reveil à 9-10h, mais franchement, pas de soucis. Pour le reste, rien à dire, Hôte super sympa et réactive. Nous conseillons et gardons l'adresse sous le coude.

Wir haben als Familie mit kleinen Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt für zweieinhalb Wochen gehabt. Die Unterkunft ist eine schöne, modernisierte Altbauwohnung, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Wir waren im Winter da und die Heizungen funktionierten alle super und es war angenehm warm. Nina war zu jeder Zeit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen und Anliegen. Ich kann die Unterkunft und Nina als Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

l appartamento è nuovissimo, in un palazzo appena ristrutturato, si è al 12 piano con ascensore e si gode di una vista a 360 gradi sulla città! ampi spazi interni dotati di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e grandi bagni forniti di tutto. sicuramente da consigliare ad altri ospiti! grazie all host!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com a nossa hospedagem. Estivemos em 6 pessoas e a acomodação foi bastante confortável a todos! Bem localizado e fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade ! Acomodação limpa e entrega o prometido no anúncio do Airbnb. Anfitriã sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Tranquilamente recomendo !
